We specialise in projects involving strategy, design, construction, commissioning and occupation of mission critical facilities and technology-intensive workplaces, including financial trading rooms, data centres and large corporate offices.

Data Centres

We design and manage the implementation of data centres and computer rooms for our clients, whether as a stand-alone project or as part of an overall Data Centre Strategy. When the new facility has been constructed and commissioned, we can manage all aspects of the Data Centre Migration, and then assist our clients to update and test their Business Continuity plans.

IT Relocations

We have successfully managed the IT components of numerous Corporate Relocations, triggered by office moves, acquisitions and mergers, consolidation strategies and new builds. We have a wealth of experience in all aspects of IT Infrastructure and bring to our projects standardised checklists and templates, pro-forma plans and budgets that enable us to complete these projects with minimum downtime and risk.

Mission Critical Environments

We have a long track record of successfully delivering specialised mission critical environments for our clients, including Dealing Rooms, Data Centres and Broadcast Facilities. We manage all aspects of the project including Technology Fit Out and Data Centre Migration.
