		Volunteering Leave We pride ourselves on being a socially-active organisation, committed to giving back to the communities within which we live and work. In support of this, we encourage all permanent employees to take one additional day of paid volunteering leave per year to volunteer with either a Colliers International supported charity or with a not-for-profit organisation of choice within their own local community or area of interest.
		Social Club Most locations have Social Clubs that are run by employees, with events held periodically throughout the year. The events are open to all employees and aim to get everyone together to share in the fun.
