Colliers International expands its office leasing team

Colliers International has recently expanded its Office Leasing team with the appointment of Alastair Boucaut to its division in Adelaide.

Alastair has been appointed to the role of Executive - Office Leasing, where he will specialise in fringe and metropolitan office leasing.

Nicholas Shinnick, National Director of Office Leasing for Colliers International said this is the third executive to be appointed to the Adelaide team in recent months, highlighting the positive change in overall market conditions and the continued focus of the business to grow its market share.

“Alastair initially joined the team in mid-2011 in the role of database analyst where he quickly developed knowledge of Adelaide’s commercial property markets and gained a solid reputation for providing service excellence.”

Mr Shinnick said there has been a renewed focus on the fringe and metropolitan office markets.  

“Following several months of solid enquiry levels and a number of project appointments, we identified a new role for Alastair within the Office Leasing team complementing the team’s existing service specialisations.”

“Alastair will be an exciting addition to our business as we move through 2012,” he said.
