Invest Assured
In mid 2009, Colliers International assisted Westpac Funds Management Limited with the sale of their portfolio of 438 DHA leased residential properties.
Due to the geographic diversity of the properties and the incidence of multiple properties within locations, a release strategy was devised that ensured full representation of each property.
Following the initial sales success from this release, 70 sales in three weeks, the project website was publicly launched with a coordinated marketing campaign across property sales web portals.
The custom designed website met the requirements of both Westpac and DHA in terms of privacy and information dissemination. Additionally, market information, portfolio overviews, depreciation schedules, floor plans, photos and research were all provided within this ‘one stop shop’.
Additionally the Colliers International Singapore and Hong Kong offices provided further exposure of the portfolio to broader markets.
