Colliers International grows its Project Management business with significant acquisition

Sydney, 6 September, 2017 – Colliers International today announced the acquisition of NixAnderson, an Australian project management firm founded in 1999 with extensive experience in corporate property and infrastructure delivery services.
The acquisition by Colliers International complements and enhances its existing, award-winning project management capability and significantly expands the number of project management professionals in the Australia and New Zealand business.
“NixAnderson has built a reputation for delivering complex projects on behalf of major clients, including the new $600 million Northern Beaches Hospital, DFO Homebush Shopping Centre, Australian Catholic University and Sydney’s Wet’n’Wild theme park,” said John Kenny, Chief Executive Officer, Australia and New Zealand.
“The acquisition brings together some of the industry’s leading project managers with a combined capability that can service the commercial, industrial, retail, residential, hospitality, health and education sectors.”
This major investment means the establishment of a new Project Management product line encompassing project management, advisory, development management and workplace strategy.
