Colliers International Occupier Services team hires three new recruits.
The Colliers International Occupier Services team have been constantly growing, with the appointment of key clients and projects, across the commercial and industrial business.
As a result, our teams are expanding and we’ve recruited a number of market leaders to fill newly created positions in the NSW Occupier Services team.
Three new market leaders with over 80 years of industry experience between them have been appointed to continue to accelerate client success in NSW.
Paul Gough joined Colliers International as the NSW & ACT Director of Project Management, earlier this year.
His property career has spanned more than two decades, most recently as the NSW State Manager for private Australian construction company Schiavello. Paul has managed the successful delivery of major commercial projects in Australia and Ireland working on complex assignments for a diverse range of clients including AMP, Reserve Bank of Australia, Crown Casino and Clayton Utz.
David Brandon-Cooper will join Colliers International as a National Director of Portfolio and Transaction Management team mid-July. Heading up the NSW Portfolio & Transaction Management team, David will focus on growing industrial client accounts and industrial tenant advisory throughout the state.
He has a strong background in the property industry with over 30 years’ experience across industrial, commercial and residential sectors throughout Australia. David joins Colliers from Akalan Projects, a professional and construction management company which he joint founded in 2001. Over the past 30 years David has delivered notable projects for a variety of clients including Nestle, BHP, Mirvac, Optus and Woolworths.
Khalid Hourani will join Colliers International early August as a Director for the Project Services team focusing on industrial properties and base building upgrades. With over 15 years property experience, Khalid’s recent notable projects include the project management of the Channel Nine Series, The Block.
“To date, 2017 has been a strong year across the entire Colliers International Occupier Services division,” said Doug Henry, Managing Director of Occupier Services at Colliers International.
“Targeting market leaders such as Paul, David and Khalid allows us to continue to build our client base across NSW and further develop our product services to meet the evolving needs of occupiers.”
