Former Schiavello NSW State Manager takes on new NSW and ACT role.
Colliers International is pleased to announce that Paul Gough has been appointed to the Project Services team as NSW & ACT Director of Project Management.
Mr Gough joins Colliers following a property career that spans more than two decades, most recently as the NSW State Manager for the private Australian construction company Schiavello.
“Paul is a proven performer and brings immense experience to our Project Services team having worked on a number of significant projects with major clients,” said Rebecca Pelling, Head of Project Services, Occupier Services at Colliers International.
“He is ideally placed to expand our reach in the key markets of New South Wales and the ACT with a solid reputation of successfully delivering projects for both tenants and landlords, maintaining clear client communication and having a comprehensive understanding of risk mitigation strategies.”
Paul has managed the successful delivery of major commercial projects in Australia and Ireland working on complex assignments for a diverse range of clients including AMP, Reserve Bank of Australia, Crown Casino and Clayton Utz.
