Colliers International launches campaign for 625 apartments in Fragrance Group’s latest landmark residential development
Sales are open for the residential component of Fragrance Group’s latest Australian development, 555 Collins.
The 45-level mixed-use project on the corner of Collins and King streets will contribute to the gentrification of the south-west end of Melbourne’s CBD and enhance the city’s “Golden Mile”.
Colliers International has been appointed to market the project, launching the sales campaign last week and working with Singaporean developer Fragrance Group, Australian architectural firm Bates Smart and project manager PDS Group to bring the development to life.
Bates Smart has designed 625 one-, two- and three-bedroom high-quality boutique apartments to be a sanctuary from the bustling city, with amenities that promote relaxation and healthy living. Residents will share level two’s luxury amenities, including a lap pool, hot and cold plunge pools, steam room, massage room, gym, library, lounge and dining room, kitchen, wine room and media room.
There will be six apartments on level one, 15 apartments per floor from levels three to 42, 13 apartments on level 43 and six bespoke penthouse apartments on levels 44 and 45. Apartments start at $495,000, with penthouses from $3.8million.
“Residents of the upper levels will benefit from views of the city to the north east, the Yarra River to the south east, Port Phillip Bay to the south and south west, and the Docklands to the north west,” Colliers International’s managing director for Residential, Tim Storey, said.
The ground floor will be devoted to nine retail and food and beverage operators, the residential lobby, mailroom and concierge services. About 200 resident car parks will be provided across four basement levels, plus more than 200 bicycle spaces and more than 250 storage cages.
Mr Storey said Collins Street was one of Melbourne’s most sought-after addresses for business, high-end retail and luxury urban-lifestyle properties.
“555 Collins embodies this in its first-class design and location, within walking distance of all CBD attractions, Southern Cross and Flinders Street stations, Etihad Stadium, the Southbank entertainment precinct and Docklands,” he said.
