Colliers International appointed to sell NV apartments in Perth

Newest core CBD project links with Perth’s biggest project marketers

The Fragrance Group has stepped-up the marketing campaign for NV Apartments, its first Perth project, by appointing Colliers International to sell the apartments in the Murray Street project.

A display suite at 39 Milligan Street, just around the corner from the NV site on Murray Street, will showcase the project’s one and two-bedroom apartments and will open every Saturday and Sunday from 10am to 11am.

 “NV will be the first city-centre apartments to be built in Perth for some time and the new dwellings in this 31-storey project will be sold by Colliers International, Perth’s biggest apartment project marketing agency,” Colliers International’s Senior Executive Residential Project Marketing Willie Lim said.

“Located just 500 metres from the Hay Street Mall and a short walk to all the amenities on offer in the CBD, NV Apartments will appeal to buyers who want to be in the heart of the city.”

Probuild has started construction of NV Apartments, which will consist of studio, one and two-bedroom apartments priced from $295,000.

Fragrance Group purchased the 4926sqm site at 374-396 Murray Street in 2014 and expects NV Apartments to be completed by 2020. The development will also include a 28-storey hotel.

Colliers International’s Sales Executive Residential Sales and Marketing Leon Siew said Singapore-based Fragrance Group had launched a significant expansion into Australia with plans for two other developments in Perth and two in Melbourne. 

Fragrance Group also owns the ibis Styles Hotel in Hobart, and has four other developments in Tasmania.

“Fragrance Group is an international developer with a long track record in apartment and hotel projects and at NV Apartments, it will transform an under-used part of the city into a high-end apartment tower with a roof-top cinema and a heated infinity pool,” Mr Siew said.

“The display suite allows buyers to see first-hand the layouts and finishes that will be included in this residential tower.”

As well as being close to the CBD office market and a short walk from the Swan River, future residents at NV Apartments will also have easy access to Northbridge’s restaurant and entertainment area.

“The apartment site is just 70 metres from King Street, the first CBD street to be extended across Perth City Link to Northbridge,” Mr Siew said.

The NV Apartments project was previously being sold by Indo-Pacific Property during pre-construction.
