Colliers International appointed to sell industrial property in Perth’s eastern corridor
Colliers International is selling an industrial property with a high-grade office at the eastern end of Kewdale, near the intersection of the Roe and Tonkin highways.
Agents Martin Vogt and Craig Rowe have been appointed to sell 161 Chisholm Crescent, which has a modern two-storey office suitable for a company headquarters and a 345sqm workshop, for $2.45 million plus GST.
Mr Vogt said the 2730sqm property was the former head office for Wolfe Civil and would be suitable for businesses with multiple service vehicles, which also need an impressive office presence in the eastern corridor.
“The 504sqm office has good exposure to Roe Highway and the property’s well-planned layout makes it easy for vehicles to move around the site,” Mr Vogt said.
“The property also has a wash bay, 18 undercover car bays, a storage shed and has been made secure with an electric fence and gates."
It will be sold with vacant possession.
Mr Vogt said there was strong demand for industrial property in Kewdale, which is home to Perth’s only intermodal freight terminal and also has convenient access to arterial roads and transport routes.
