Colliers International to sell 948sqm site at 3 Stone Street
A South Perth development site with two-street access and Swan River views has come to market through Colliers International.
The 948sqm block sits in the sought-after development strip between Melville Parade and Stone Street on the South Perth Peninsula, and can be developed up to a height of 14 metres.
It will be sold by Colliers International’s Shane Isaacs, who said 3 Stone Street would be on the inspection list of local and offshore property developers.
“A future development on this premium site will join the row of high-end apartments along the western edge of the peninsula,” Mr Isaacs said.
“This will be a manageable site for a lot of developers and the City of South Perth will also give development concessions to encourage a high standard of development."
The property is walking distance to the South Perth foreshore and the Mends Street commercial centre.
It is also within the South Perth Station Precinct, which will be developed according to an activity centre plan currently being prepared by the City of South Perth.
A vacant, older-style home occupies the site and a five-storey apartment development is nearing completion on the next door site.
Offers for the property close on July 4.
