Real estate expert Wayne Lawrence has rejoined Colliers International following a restructure of the firm’s agency division, which also creates a new role for long-serving Investment Services Director Ian Mickle.
Mr Lawrence, who has worked for a private developer for the past three years, will be Colliers International’s Head of Investment Services, while Mr Mickle takes on the new title, Head of Agency.
Colliers International’s State Chief Executive Imran Mohiuddin said in his new position, Mr Mickle would continue to have a role across the agency, but with a special focus on assisting the Retail Sales, Retail Leasing and Industrial divisions.
“With his knowledge over the commercial property market and his long experience at Colliers, Ian is ideally suited to steer these talented agents as they gear-up for a new growth phase,” Mr Mohiuddin said.
Mr Lawrence, who left Colliers in 2015 to take on the General Manager - Property Investments role at Aigle Royal Group, previously worked in Colliers International’s Valuation Division before moving into Investment Services, where he specialised in office and hotel sales.
“Wayne is an accomplished and energetic property professional who will bring his own style of leadership to our Investment Services Division,” Mr Mohiuddin said.
