He offers a specialised skill set to his clients as he has more than 10 years’ experience in decision making roles in the development industry prior to joining Colliers International. He brings a 'development mindset; to the analysis of development sites which enhances the marketing and sale outcome.

In recent years Darrell has transacted more than $750 million in development site sales
