David has 10 years’ experience in the commercial property industry having first obtained a Property Valuation degree at RMIT before practicing as a commercial valuer specialising in office and retail valuations and consultancy with one of the multi-national firms. Since 2010 David has been working in the commercial sales and leasing field with a particular focus on the city fringe and eastern suburbs of Melbourne and covering a diverse mix of assets including retail, office, industrial and development sites. David also specialises in assisting clients with acquisition of property together with ongoing consultancy and over the years has developed strong relationships with a diverse range of private & institutional investors, developers, owner occupiers and various larger organisations including a number of non for profits.
David grew up and was educated in the Eastern Suburbs and has an amazing amount of inside knowledge about the area, its people, its businesses and its community. This local familiarity, combined with his keen interests in construction, architecture and economics have helped him build great relationships with clients and tenants over the years.
