Call management

Requests for works can be logged directly into our facility management system or can be phoned through to our National Call Centre. These requests are assigned to one of our accredited contractors; with rectification of the works tracked and notifications emailed on completion of works.

Maintenance contracts

Identifying items that require routine maintenance, specifying and tendering contracts is an essential component of supporting the users of the premises and complying with legal obligations in relation to critical systems.

Contractor management

Effective contractor management processes are an essential risk management tool. We have a standard procedure for reviewing the contractors ability to work safety by conducting a formal accreditation process. Prior to attending the site, contractors also receive a safety handbook which specifies our requirements and expectations.

Critical task management

Organisations ability to Identify and track a range of compliance activities is an essential component of risk management. Activities such as hazard and risk audits, essential services reporting and emergency evacuation training are all entered into our facility management system where they can be actioned within the required time frames.

Managing the facilities

To assist organisations in managing facilities, we provide trained Facility Managers to oversee the contractors, undertake routine OH&S inspections and respond to specific facilities related requests.
