Outstanding performance is something we all value at Colliers International. It's what enables us to accelerate the success of our clients, our industry partners, and in particular, our people. The Awards of Excellence is an annual programme that recognises high achievers from across the country at both a State and National level. The award categories are reflective of our business plan and corporate values, and enable all employees to be nominated and recognised for their achievements.

Length of Service Awards

 

 
Length of Service Awards

Loyalty and length of service are valued at Colliers International. After completion of each significant milestone (2, 5, 10, 15, 20, 25, 30, 35 years of continuous service), all permanent employees are invited to select a gift of their choice. Service Awards are announced and presented to individuals at monthly meetings in each location.

Loyalty Days

 

 
Loyalty Days

All permanent employees become eligible for additional days of leave we call ‘Loyalty Days’. These are provided after completion of one year of service to use before the next employment anniversary. For each year thereafter, an additional Loyalty Day is credited to the employee’s name, up to a maximum of 5 days (i.e. after 5 years of service).

Recruitment Referral Fees

Colliers International employees are highly likely to know other people who would be a perfect fit for our business. By referring potential new recruits to our Colliers Careers team employees may be eligible to receive a $3,000 Referral Fee upon successful placement.
