6. What happens during the interview process and how long does it take?

This is our opportunity to get to know all about you, your ambitions and your work-related experiences. This is also an excellent opportunity for you to familiarise yourself with our company and culture to ensure that you will make the right decision. For certain roles, candidates are asked to complete psychometric testing and skills testing relevant to the position. We try to make our selection process as swift and thorough as possible, while ensuring that both parties have had an opportunity to learn enough to make an informed decision. Unfortunately due to business pressures there are occasional, unavoidable delays due to candidates or interviewing managers not being immediately available however we try to keep these types of delay to a minimum.
