The platform harnesses the best of our internal experience, together with external training providers in areas such as market excellence, business success, personal effectiveness and technological advancement.
Signature Training & Development Events
The APAC Academy is an intensive, live-in training course that aims to accelerate the success of our professionals within the Asia Pacific region.
This four-day, live-in professional development camp combines intensive learning sessions with recreational and team-building activities, promoting Colliers International’s core values of service, expertise, community and fun. The experience is designed to be competitive, collaborative and memorable.
Attendees are given insights on how to better leverage the combined capabilities of the Colliers International business, and how to capture missing revenue at individual, team and country levels. They also learn how to better articulate their brand position and present this in a way that leads to further revenue from existing and new clients.

Management Development Programme
Colliers International’s Management Development Programme sees a nominated selection of managers enhance their skills not as operators or functional experts, but as competent managers of people.
The programme includes a skills assessment and an intensive conference-style, four day training event together with follow-up mentoring and coaching. It focuses on building capability across each of our ten defined ‘people management competencies’, these being Communication, Teamwork, Customer Focus, Hiring, Coaching & Motivation, Decision Making, Managing Performance, Focus & Prioritisation, Self-Management and Financial Management.

Colliers University’s global training camps have been a key professional development initiative since 1994. Each year participants are handpicked from across the globe and matched with the business’ top leaders in picturesque, camp-like environments that promote intensive learning, international collaboration and camaraderie among professionals in different business lines.
The curriculum is customised into two separate but overlapping tracks for producers and leaders, with each event accommodating up to 40 producers and 20 leaders. Events are held in both Canada and the Czech Republic, with up to 10 Australian participants nominated to attend each year.
