PrimeSpace Property Investment Limited is a Canberra based property funds Management Company established in 2004 and provides unlisted direct property investment and property development opportunities to investors, and is the holder of an Australian Financial Services Licence.

PrimeSpace was founded by WalterTurnbull, a leading Canberra professional services practice which grew to be one of the largest independent accounting, audit and management consulting practices in Australia. WalterTurnbull merged with PwC in June 2010. PrimeSpace separated from WalterTurnbull at that point and continues as an independent unlisted property funds management firm.

PrimeSpace started from the desire to find opportunistic property investments for "sophisticated/wholesale" clients via property specific trusts. PrimeSpace then obtained a "retail AFSL licence" in 2007 to provide all investors with the opportunity to own quality commercial property.

PrimeSpace focuses on managing both local and national assets on behalf of predominantly Canberra investors.

Formed in 1999, the company's directors have practiced in Canberra for over 30 years. They operate mainly in Canberra but have undertaken projects in all Australian states. Their public sector experience includes education, health and the arts, and private sector experience includes multi-unit, residential, aged care and large scale retail and commercial office projects.

May+Russell employ an experienced team of architects, interior designers, technicians and support staff numbering approximately 20 in total. They are committed to delivering good design and outcomes consistent with their clients' visions.
