As the Managing Director of Residential for Australia, Diana is responsible for growing our residential service offering, implementing operational best practice across the national team, and supporting our clients to drive design excellence and project performance across their developments.
Diana is an accomplished executive leader within the Australian property industry, with a deep understanding of the residential property development cycle and market.
Diana joined Colliers in 2023, following multiple leadership positions at one Australia’s leading development and management property groups, where she was responsible for overseeing the design business and national residential sales and marketing teams.
Tim launched PRDnationwide in Victoria in 1999, a market-leading residential property business. In 2006, the business was acquired and merge to become Colliers Residential Victoria in partnership with fellow Director Brett Griffith.
In his role as Managing Director over the past two decades, Tim has developed an unmatched level of knowledge and experience, enabling him to build the most successful and highest performing team in the residential sector.
Tim is dedicated to delivering industry-leading service and solutions across Build-to-sell (Project Marketing), Build-to-rent, Development Site Sales, Research and Strategic Advisory.

Andrew has been involved in the property and development industry for over 25 years overseeing in excess of 30,000 property transactions. Specialising in Residential Project Marketing, Blake works with the NSW Residential Directors, pitching, listing and managing projects, and the sales team, to ensure the best possible outcomes for our developer clients. Providing regular market commentary and advice regarding design, mix and pricing of their projects. My clients rely on his solid research and market knowledge to assist them in making the best decisions for the success of their project.
He works closely with various teams including project marketing, development site sales, land marketing and general agency to win and retain clients. In addition to the residential project marketing business, Blake works collaboratively with other teams within Colliers International including capital markets, retail and commercial to provide high-level advice regarding their clients' property to service their requirements across all phases of their current and future developments.
Blake currently works as a Director for the NSW Residential Project Marketing business within Colliers International. Within this role he works closely with the Managing Director, Diana Sarcasmo, across all new residential project marketing opportunities both locally in Sydney and nationally. For our clients, we seek to service their requirements across all phases of their current and future developments.
He also works alongside the other NSW Residential Directors, pitching, listing, and managing projects and the sales team to ensure the best possible outcomes for our developer clients. Brett commenced with Colliers in 1998, before joining forces with Managing Director Tim Storey in 2006 to build the market-leading Colliers Residential Victoria business.
As a Director of the business for the past 23 years, Brett has worked across all aspects of residential property including Build-to-sell (Project Marketing), Build-to-rent, Development Sites, Research and Strategic Advisory.
He has established a long list of loyal developer clients who continue to rely on his strategic advice and expertise, including Cbus Property, CEL Australian, LAS Group, ICD Property, 3L Alliance, Riverlee and many more.

Andrew is a qualified accountant commencing his career with AV Jennings responsible for the the South East Queensland Housing Division. Andrew has been a Director of Project Marketing for Colliers International for 25 years working for developers including Made and Crafted, the Sunland Group, the Doma Group, TJ International, Cedar Woods, Villaworld, Stockland, QM Properties, and Dexus. Current developments which Andrew leads the project marketing team include the 160 Macquarie St., St Lucia and Florian $60m project in Surfers Paradise.

Zoe joined Colliers Residential Victoria in 2006 as Receptionist, soon after she was promoted to Executive Assistant to key Directors Tim Storey & Brett Griffith, gaining invaluable experience across all aspects of the business.
Zoe became a Director in 2014 after establishing herself as a highly regarded member of the team and a leader within the Project Marketing division. With more than 15 years’ experience, Zoe has had direct involvement in over 20 Projects equating to approximately $7billion in property sales.

Guillaume is recognised as one Sydney’s leading agents that specialises in the sale of Residential Development sites.
Having sold some Sydney’s iconic residential development sites in recent years, Guillaume’s reputation and experience as a proven performer has earned him the respect and confidence of his clients and peers.

Josh specializes in the marketing and sale of residential land, development sites and new projects in the ACT, from englobo to mixed-use sites, land lots in master planned estates, suburban residential blocks in established suburbs and new apartments and townhouses.
Josh accelerates the success of his clients by developing and implementing strategies to achieve a premium price for their property. With over 39 years' experience in Real Estate, Peter has become an expert in prestige project marketing and auctions, bringing a wealth of experience, knowledge and integrity to the Colliers International residential team.
Peter works alongside his fellow Directors to manage and lead the NSW Residential team, overseeing the marketing and sales teams to ensure a high level of service is provided to our vendors and purchasers alike, and that they achieve success through their parnership with Colliers International.
Prior to Peter's current tenure at Colliers, he owned and operated a successful franchise in Neutral Bay for 8 years focusing on auctions and high-end Residential before joining Colliers International for the first time in 1998. In 2007 he joined CBRE Residential Projects and was earmarked to grow the resale business and focus on high-end residential projects before then returning to Colliers International.
During Peter's years in Residential Real Estate, he has been instrumental in some record breaking sales at Milsons Point, Neutral Bay, Potts Point, Abbotsford and most notably set a record in Sydney with the sale of the Hyde Penthouse for $12.5m. Thanks to Daniel's unwavering dedication, this project blossomed into a vibrant community of townhouses that offered residents an escape from the ordinary. Success on this project was achieved within a 12 month period from launch with all 139 townhouses sold during the first lockdown of COVID-19 and was Sunland Group's final development.
As Daniel continued to spearhead successful projects, his influence on the real estate landscape became more apparent. RacheI joined Colliers International (Residential - Brisbane) in July 2014 as a Project Manager, and currently holds the role of Director responsible for project marketing across a portfolio of residential projects throughout South East Queensland.
Rachel holds a Bachelor of Urban Development (Property Economics), Integrated Marketing Communication and International Business from the Queensland University of Technology and a Bachelor of Contemporary Marketing from Griffith University.
Rachel began her career in the retail industry, working for 6 years as a retail store manager before transitioning into the property industry in sales and property management. Ben joined Colliers Residential Victoria to lead the Relationship Management team in 2015. Prior to commencing with Colliers, Ben’s expertise was in the legal profession.
He worked as a Foreign Legal Consultant in Beijing for 3 years and then as a Solicitor in Melbourne for another 5 years, gaining invaluable experience in professional services and building strong relationships in Asia.
In his role as Director, Ben has established himself as an integral part of the team, leading the sell-out of several of Melbourne’s most iconic residential projects, including the recent sale of the two penthouses at Collins Arch. These residences were the final two in the building, resulting in the complete sell out of the project.
Driving innovation and strategic growth within the business, Ben lead the expansion of Colliers Residential Victoria’s team within China through the opening of the ‘Collection by Colliers’ Shanghai showroom in 2021.
Ben is known as a great leader and a supreme communicator, utilising his English and Mandarin language skills fluently and interchangeably as required.

Eugene has over 20 years experience in the property and construction industries including extensive experience with a major publicly listed developer and in the funds management environment. Eugene has extensive experience in large range of projects in various capacities including senior development and project management roles. He has been involved in many landmark complex developments such as Hayman Island, Discovery Point, Honeysuckle Newcastle, Port Coogee WA, King Street Wharf, Jackson Landing and Citibank Centre Sydney.
Eugene holds a deep understanding of property markets, development opportunities and construction projects established through extensive experience and involvement with a wide range of large scale property development projects from management positions and at the coal face.
He has managed most facets of development projects from inception to disposal. This includes acquisition, disposal, brief planning, feasibiliies, engagement of consultants, obtaining aprovals, marketing, sales and leasing. Eugene’s sales experience was founded with asset acquisitions and asset sales for a private fund manager. His diverse experience will assist clients to achieve success.
My 20 year background in the service and sales industry has provided me with a strong platform in knowing how to service a client. This experience has given me the ability to quickly identify a client's needs and goals and to provide a proven strategy to acheive desired outcomes. My people skills have allowed me to easily develop strong relationships with my clients, whether vendor or purchaser. Working alongside a successful sales team, I am highly focused and goal oriented to ensure my clients achieve the best results in the quickest timeframe.
As Director in the Residential team, I also work closely with other Directors managing projects and leading by example with regard to the sales team. I have been the lead agent on many of Colliers International's Residential projects and have worked to successfully achieve significant presales in all our off-the-plan developments.
Jozef joined Colliers Residential Victoria in 2018. As a Director of the business, he specialises in premium Development Site Sales and Build-to-rent transactions.
Prior to commencing with Colliers, Jozef was the National Director - Development Valuations & Advisory at CBRE where he developed an unrivalled level of market knowledge. Since commencing with Colliers, Jozef has transacted in over $550million in development sites.
With more than 15 years’ experience, Jozef has forged enduring relationships with a range of developers, land owners and other major players in the development sector.
He has built a strong reputation as a trusted advisor, managing numerous premium development site transactions in the CBD and fringe as well as highly sought-after locations including Toorak and South Yarra’s Domain Precinct.
Jozef has also been instrumental in leading the introduction of the Build-to-rent sector in Australia, assisting with multiple recent transactions, including many of Melbourne’s first BTR acquisitions.
His colleagues and clients recognise him as a hardworking and knowledgeable property professional who is focused on delivering the best possible outcome for his clients in all market conditions.
