I have been with Colliers International for over 25 years and am the Managing Director of Capital Markets & Investment Services, Australia as well as the State Chief Executive of Victoria.
I have established a strong reputation in the Capital Markets space and have formed close relationships with major investors and institutions on a global scale. In recent years, I have negotiated some of Australia’s largest real estate transactions and have been instrumental in successfully brokering many substantial transactions with overseas investors entering the Australian market. My extensive connectivity in the global real estate market can unite capital with local expertise, regardless of location.
Our national Investment Services business represents market specializations including Capital Markets and Investment Sales. The two clear divisions servicing the Australian commercial office market ensures complete market coverage, efficiency and premium experiences and successes for our clients.
As a long standing senior member within Colliers International, I have played an integral role in contributing to the business's success in Australia. I hold a number of senior positions with Colliers including a member of the National Executive Board. Managing Director | Office Leasing
As the Managing Director of the Office Leasing Division my team includes over 100 staff and more than 75 leasing operatives across every State and Territory. I have been with Colliers International for 25 years, joining the Office Leasing team in 1993 and worked my way up to Managing Director in 2005. Along with managing the Office Leasing National Team I hold a number of senior positions within Colliers including a member of the ANZ Executive, Executive Leadership Team and Senior Leadership Team. I am a Licenced Estate Agent and a member of the Real Estate Institute of Victoria, Property council of Australia and RICS - Royal Institute of Chartered Surveyor.
Anneke began her property career in 2004, and in that time has gained experience across many facets of commercial property including leasing, consultancy, research, feasibility analysis, forecasting, and financing.
Anneke leads the Australian Research team for Colliers International, and as part of this role manages the production of all of Colliers’ Research and Forecast Reports (RFRs), as well as our Colliers EDGE data subscription product. She has a particular focus on office markets – both the Capital Markets and leasing sectors – and contributes annually to the Capital Markets’ teams Investment Review series.
Anneke is regularly called upon to present at property industry forums run by groups such as the Property Council of Australia (PCA), the Australian Property Institute (API) and Property Investment Research (PIR). She has also contributed to a number of panel discussions, and regularly presents to Colliers’ wide variety of client groups.
National Director | Office
With some 17 years of experience as a property valuer in Melbourne’s Office market Peter has gained specialist expertise. He has provided advice for most of Melbourne’s major CBD and Metropolitan office buildings and development projects, and has worked with a broad range clients across the Institutional, Corporate, Finance, Government and Private sectors.
He has also established particular expertise in Melbourne’s Car Parking market and continues to service this specialist asset class.
Peter provides professional advice for various purposes including Acquisition and Disposal, Financial Reporting, Mortgage Security, Litigation and Expert Witness, Compulsory Acquisition, Statutory Rating Disputes, Rental Review and Rental Determination, and Development Feasibility.
Andrew has been an integral part of the Colliers International Office Leasing team for over 20 years and has worked with some of the nation’s biggest corporate, institutional and private clients.
He is considered a major transaction and pre-commitment specialist in Melbourne having been involved in an array of large scale building refurbishments and developments.
Part of Andrew's role also includes leading the successful Melbourne Office Leasing business.

Daniel is a National Director for the Melbourne City Sales team, Investment Services and joined Colliers Interational in December 2010 where he instantly began driving both the market and his team to success.

Tim Edwards is an accomplished property professional with over 30 years’ experience in industrial, logistics and commercial property across the Australian and ASEAN markets and sectors.
Tim brings a strategic yet personable approach to all aspects of the commercial, industrial and logistics property development process and is firmly committed to the philosophy “experience matters, inspire confidence”. He has proven capability and expertise across all facets of property development from strategy, acquisitions, JV, ownership and funding structures, business development, project delivery, and customer relationship management.
With a background in construction and design, and a passion for property, sustainability, building communities and helping businesses achieve relevance and difference within the dynamic competitive landscape, Tim has a keen ability to listen, understand and respond to customers’ needs and changing situations.
During a secondment with TCC Group in Thailand working on transforming and rationalising DC networks and supply chain strategies, Tim sharpened his eye for seeing the potential of a holistic approach and finding creative and innovative business space solutions to suit customers’ needs, emerging trends and technologies, and market drivers.
As a National Director in Colliers' Project Leaders team, Tim is committed to taking an active role in providing a total value proposition. Trent has over 13 years’ experience in property, largely providing investment advice on major Melbourne CBD and metropolitan office assets for a wide range of local and offshore listed real estate investment trusts, wholesale investment funds, superannuation funds and offshore sovereign wealth funds.
Trent is widely regarded as an expert in the Melbourne CBD and metropolitan office markets. His valuations background has provided an exceptionally high level of market and asset specific knowledge, together with strong technical expertise.
Trent has significant transaction experience having advised purchasers on $4b in acquisitions during 2016 and 2017.
More recently, Trent has transacted the following major sales:
- Bendigo Bank Building, 120 Harbour Esplanade, Melbourne. Sold to Marprop Real Estate Partners on behalf of an offshore institutional client for circa $81 million.
