I have 33 years experience in the property industry, all with the same firm. Over this period I have provided transaction and consultancy services across office, retail, industrial, development site and hotel market sectors.
I joined Colliers International in March 2010 as Retail Portfolio Marketing Manager for Western Australia. In this role, I oversaw a team of Head Office and on-site Marketing Managers, responsible for the implementation of effective promotional, communication and advertising based strategies for the Retail Portfolio.
In July 2012, I was promoted to a company role and appointed as the Marketing and Business Development Manager for WA, responsible for the Corporate Colliers International branding for Western Australia.
In July 2014, I was promoted to Associate Director of Marketing and Business Development. An essential component of this role is to provide lead generation opportunities to all WA heads of department, promoting their services, assisting to win new business and aim to develop opportunities.
Ben has over 19 years of experience in the property industry, specialising in the sale and leasing of retail property. He has sold over $200 million worth of retail assets in the past two years alone, which clearly demonstrates his dominance in the Western Australian market.
Ben sales experience includes neighbourhood shopping centres, large format, strip retail shops and inner urban retail development sites. He has the added benefit of extensive experience in retail leasing, having brought a multitude of international retailers to the Perth market.
Ben’s in-depth understanding of the operation and the day-to-day running of shopping centres gives him a unique understanding of the opportunities to maximise income and returns from retail investments.
Ben is a licensed Real Estate Agent and a member of the Real Estate Institute of WA.

Theo heads up Tenant Advisory | Occupier Services at Colliers in Perth.
He is a property professional with over 20 years’ experience in Australia and Europe across multiple sectors including international real estate advisory, corporate real estate consulting, property valuations, real estate development and investment.
With an MBA qualification and an extensive background in consulting, Theo understands general business drivers and can develop accommodation strategies that support the achievement of an organisation’s strategic and operational goals.
Theo draws upon these varied experiences, together with his skills as a licensed valuer in the Perth market, to provide insights into landlords’ financial drivers and decision criteria thereby helping tenants achieve the best possible outcome.
As a leader of Perth’s leading Office Leasing team, I work to develop and secure leasing opportunities for my clients as well as assist tenants office accomodation requirements.
Specialising in the office leasing I have brokered in excess of 600 transactions to date, varying between both direct and sub-leases.
Prior to employment with Colliers, Dustin had vast experience in the Property industry. He commenced his career in 2009 working with South Perth firm Primus Realty. In early 2012 Dustin moved from on to join boutique firm Empire Property Solutions working as the Business Development Manager across a residential and commercial property portfolio. It was during this time he discovered an overwhelming passion for commercial property. After 12 months working as the BDM for Empire Property whilst also juggling the task of being the Leasing Agent for affiliated firm Fremantle Property Services, he transitioned in 2013 to a full time commercial leasing position.
By June 30 2014, Dustin was ranked one of the top commercial leasing agents in his area, being responsible for in excess of 40% of the leasing transactions completed throughout Fremantle in the 12 months prior.

Patrick is a WELL Accredited Professional(TM), CBD and NABERS Accredited Assessor and Green Star Accredited Professional. His focus is on helping organisations satisfy the needs of the building users thus improving the productivities of individual spaces and entire buildings. He has carried out a number of occupant satisfaction surveys and building assets condition and performance assessments for many office, retail, industrial and educational facilities and supported blue chip, governmental and not for proft organisations in developing sustainability strategies for individual assets and entire portfolios, as well as delivering real outcomes through project management and operational support.
With his strong interest in industrial ecology and systems thinking, he is working towards understanding the bigger picture around the life cycle of organizations, resources, processes, technologies and markets to deliver holistic, yet pragmatic strategies and solutions to his customers.

I joined Colliers International’s Perth office in February 2003. In 2012 I joined the Strategic Building Solutions Division as Business Manager. I was responsible for coordination of the operations required to support the business of the Strategic Building Solutions division including the planning and maintaining of systems, documentation and procedures for operating efficiency.
I now head up the eCommerce Division for Business Services developing web based technologies through technological solutions in property to increase productivity, enhance services and provide best in service to our clients.
I have over 20 years experience in the real estate industry and over 30 years experience within the Information Technology Industry and Microsoft Products with specialisation in IT based Graphic Design/Web Development.
Prior to joining SBS I had responsibility for all Corporate Branding Guidelines, Marketing and Advertising for the Perth Office.
Fay Sanders has worked in Real Estate since 1986 in Sales, Strata, Commercial and Residential Property Management. Fay has won numerous awards in Property Management and owned her own Real Estate Office.
