Frank is the Director in Charge of the Sydney West and Sydney South West Office's and the National Director within the Investment Services team. Frank has significant property experience and has been directly involved in the sale of over $1 billion worth of property in 2015 alone.
Frank was previously appointed as representitive of the Liverpool City Council as part of the Independent Hearing and Assessment Panel between 2008 and 2010. Frank was also appointed by the NSW Government to Board of the Greater Western Sydney Economic Development Board, Small Business Development Corporation, Regional Development Australian (Greater Sydney) and the Board of the Property Services Advisory Council.
Frank showcases extensive experience with business and various Government agencies across NSW at a local, state and federal level.

I have more the 30 years’ experience in the retail investment property industry, having managed and driven asset strategy for numerous shopping centres across Australia, South East Asia and The Middle East.
I recently joined Colliers International as National Director following the acquisition of McKenzie Hall, a specialist retail management and leasing company, in 2014. Prior to leading the McKenzie Hall management team, I was Managing Director and shareholder of the Byvan Group, a specialist retail centre management company, which sold to Savills in 2002.
My experience as a business owner ensures that I strive for long term and above average performance for my clients and my teams.
My ability to think like an owner, complemented with my leadership experience and people management ensures I deliver outcomes and results for my clients and their centres.
I am a founding Board member of the Shopping Centre Council of Australia and was extensively involved in the development and management of the Property Council of Australia education courses. I am also a past National Chair of the PCA Education Committee and was a lecturer for more than 15 years for the Shopping Centre courses.
David is a National Director – Industrial at Colliers International and also holds the role of Director in Charge for the Sydney West Industrial department. Based in Parramatta, David's team of thirteen agents is one of the largest and highest performing teams in Australia.
Since joining Colliers' in 2016, David’s specialisation is within the key Western Sydney markets, with a heavy focus on large transactions of land, development projects as well as large leasing appointments and corporate mandates.
With an enterprising attitude, David brings a wealth of experience and creative thinking to some of the more challenging industrial property solutions, accelerating the success of his clients.
