As Chief Executive Officer, Australia and New Zealand, I have led the diversification of the Colliers International business, developing new areas of expertise for the brand via organic growth and strategic acquisitions. I am also a member of both the Global and the Asia Pacific Executive at Colliers International, driving the strategy, client focus and culture of the company around the world.
Having joined Colliers International in 1991, I have held various roles in commercial and industrial transactions, valuations and corporate real estate over the course of my property career.
Anneke began her property career in 2004, and in that time has gained experience across many facets of commercial property including leasing, consultancy, research, feasibility analysis, forecasting, and financing.
Anneke leads the Australian Research team for Colliers International, and as part of this role manages the production of all of Colliers’ Research and Forecast Reports (RFRs), as well as our Colliers EDGE data subscription product. She has a particular focus on office markets – both the Capital Markets and leasing sectors – and contributes annually to the Capital Markets’ teams Investment Review series.
Anneke is regularly called upon to present at property industry forums run by groups such as the Property Council of Australia (PCA), the Australian Property Institute (API) and Property Investment Research (PIR). She has also contributed to a number of panel discussions, and regularly presents to Colliers’ wide variety of client groups.
As the ANZ CFO for Colliers International and as a member of the ANZ Executive I have responsibility for organisational wide leadership, driving sound financial strategy and control, plus ensuring effective risk management across the ANZ business.
Having joined Colliers International in 2016, my career has spanned 20+ years leading Finance and Technology functions including large scale transformations, developing business & cost effectiveness strategies, business planning and strategy - both globally and across Asia Pacific region.

I rejoined Colliers International 9 years ago as Managing Director, and since then I have worked to grow my team and our Residential division by more than 300%.

I am a Director for Colliers International Melbourne Residential commencing with the compnay in 2006. With over 11 years experience and expertise at Colliers International Residential. Our business is the market leader in Melbourne off the plan apartment sales, specialising in the sell-out of large scale residential developments including high density apartment towers from traditional residential product to high end luxury residences and medium to high density inner suburban developments comprising both apartments and townhouses.

I am the Director of industrial sales and leasing in the Melbourne CBD team. As the Managing Director of the Office Leasing Division my team includes over 100 staff and more than 75 leasing operatives across every State and Territory. I have been with Colliers International for 25 years, joining the Office Leasing team in 1993 and worked my way up to Managing Director in 2005. Scott joined Colliers International in August 2017 after Colliers acquired NixAnderson where he was previously Managing Director. As Managing Director of the Project Leaders division at Colliers, Scott leads a team of 60 talented and dedicated professionals. Amy Hamilon, Director - Retail Valuations, has over sixteen years of consultancy and valuation experience within Queensland and New South Wales commencing her career in the property industry in 2001.
During this time, Amy has been exposed to a wide range of property types, valuation methodologies and purposes of valuation. Such purposes include mortgage security, mortgagee in possession resumption/acquisition, property settlement (family law), asset management and other litigation matters.

During the 26 years that James Young has been with Colliers International he has worked in various national and international markets. Tanya is Director of Valuation and Advisory Services within South Australia. In this role Tanya and her team are responsible for conducting valuations of office, industrial, retail and corporate property.
She has gained wide-ranging experience in providing professional property valuation and consultancy advice for various purposes including finance, financial reporting, insurance, leasing and rent review negotiation.
Tanya has acted for a wide range of clients including Listed Property Trusts, Superannuation Funds, Investment Syndicates, Major Financial Institutions, Private Investors, Corporates and all three levels of Government.
Tanya has extensive experience in the valuation of both CBD and suburban office buildings, large scale distribution centres, manufacturing facilities and various retail assets. In recent years, she has been directly involved in providing valuation services to State Government for the compulsory acquisiton of land.
Tanya also has extensive experience in managing portfolio valuation assignments, maintaining regular communication with our clients and ensuring that the national Colliers team meets key milestones.
Cameron is an office leasing specialist who has focused on the pre-commitment market over the past 15 years within the Sydney CBD. Cameron has over 20 years of office leasing experience all with Colliers International. He has been appointed to some of Sydney's most significant recent developments including Westfield Sydney City on behalf of Scentre Group, 5 Martin Place on behalf of Dexus and Cbus Property, 121 Castlereagh St (the re-development of the David Jones mens store) on behalf of Cbus Property and AMP Capital's flagship project, Quay Quarter Tower.
Cameron is the head of the NSW Office Leasing team in addition to being the Director in Charge of the Sydney CBD. Cameron is a member of the National Executive Leadership and Senior Leadership team.
I joined Colliers in 2013 in the position of National Director | Office Leasing based in the North Sydney office. I have over 20 years office leasing experience and expertise having previously worked within the North Sydney, Parramatta and Sydney CBD office leasing markets for Knight Frank Australia and Jones Lang LaSalle.
I am currently responsible for the Sydney Metropolitan area and manage a team of seven located in North Sydney. With over 20 years in the IT industry specifically in the Financial Services and Energy industries, I have worked extensively in private and public enterprise for large corporations. I hold a Diploma of Project Management and am a Member of the Australian Computer Society (PCP status). My goals are primarily to excel in senior IT management roles working closely with senior business executives to implement IT effective strategies to help grow and differentiate the business in the markets we serve. As Director of Marketing Operations for the Corporate Marketing & Communications team, my mandate is to help deliver the industry’s best marketing platform. I drive the evolution of the Colliers International marketing data strategy, marketing technology platform, client communications, and our external and internal campaigns. A key aspect of my position is to ensure that our business priorities and value proposition are supported and reinforced throughout all activities.
Prior to my current role, I was the Director of Marketing for the Colliers International Americas Corporate Solutions team where I was responsible for the development of the Corporate Solutions marketing plan across the United States, Canada and Latin America. Based in New York, I worked in partnership with key senior stakeholders to develop marketing and pursuit strategies targeting major global corporates looking to outsource their real estate needs. My focus was on elevating the Colliers brand and service line internally and externally through the creation of quality and accurate marketing deliverables.
My career spans 11 years in the property industry both in Sydney and New York. My expertise lies across all asset classes, for both Investors and Occupiers. Developing and implementing innovative marketing strategies to win new business, build brand dominance and assist in achieving optimum market share.
In order to continually develop and enhance the Corporate Marketing function at Colliers International, I will be drawing upon 20+ years of experience in the advertising industry. My experience covers many different specialist areas that will contribute to the success of Colliers including brand development, creative strategy, media strategy and digital solutions.
My relationship with Colliers started approximately 4 years before joining the business. I was previosuly Head of Agency Australia for Adcorp Australia who were providing advertising services to Colliers and I was involved at a strategic level to develop a brand strategy and point of differentiation that would result in a first to market initiative. As a result, I was a key player in bringing Project Blue to market which immediately differentiated Colliers in the market by changing the way property was advertised in print publications in conjunction with a digital media strategy that was a brand new initiative for the property industry.
