My professional knowhow stems from an extensive career in retail property development, project leasing, site acquisition and disposals and property management.
I joined Colliers International after holding the position of National Business Manager for Stockland Commercial for 9 years. During this time I was responsible for the acquisition and disposal of just over $750M worth of Retail and Commercial assets.
Prior to my Capital Transactions role in Commercial Property, I was the Regional General Manager Leasing for the Stockland Shopping Centre portfolio.
Prior to Stockland, I was the National Leasing Manager for Lend Lease Retail here in Australia. I worked on some of Australia’s leading Retail projects including, Casuarina Darwin, Melbourne Central, Sunshine Plaza and Smithfield in QLD and Woden in the ACT. I was the Lend Lease Asset Manager for the Kiwi Income Fund and worked on several of their retail projects in New Zealand.
Prior to Lend Lease, I was a National Director with Jones Lang Wootton in both WA and NSW and ran the National Project Leasing team for again some of Australia’s best retail assets and Portfolios.
I also have a lengthy career in the media working for John Fairfax and Sons in TV and Radio for many years.

Since joining Colliers George has focussed on project leasing and master planning retail precincts and shopping centres. George enjoys the challenge of integrating a retailers needs with the landlords commercial objectives, into a mutually beneficial outcome.
This area of expertise is currently undersupplied in the market, and one George aspires to be the market leader in.

I am a property expert who specialises in alternative assets servicing many different institutional and private clients. My Career started in at one of the big four accoutning firms in their deals advisory team working across mutliple industries.
Since joining Colliers, two years ago, I have been working on several different projects in the prediomantly specialising in the renewable energy sectors.

Taylor is a property professional who specialises in retail project leasing. Based in the Sydney CBD office, Taylor’s role involves shopping centre and precinct masterplanning; optimising tenancy mix; and pre-commitment leasing. Taylor has had solid exposure and immense experience within the property industry.
Taylor joined Colliers in 2018 and spent twelve months in a marketing advisory role, specialising in Data Analysis and Marketing Strategy. During this time, Taylor was provided a role as the team’s canvassing assistant. This process significant bolstered his ability to engage retailer’s and build client relationships. Along with this, Taylor spent six months strengthening the businesses’ retailer database by conducting a complete audit of the CRM system. This provided Taylor with extensive exposure to all the key retailers that are active in todays market.

Luke joined the Colliers International Newcastle team in 2014 as an Executive, having a pure focus on commercial sales and leasing across the Newcastle Region. Over the course of his five year property journey, Luke has worked on a wide range of asset classes including Retail Sales and Leasing, Investment Sales, Development Site Sales, Commercial Leasing and Vacant Possession Sales. During this time, Luke has endeavored to forge himself as one of the most dependable and enthusiastic property experts in the Newcastle area with an attention to detail and a commitment to go above and beyond for his clients and colleagues. Having completed over 200 transactions in his career at Colliers International, Luke is constantly striving to improve his communication and negotiation skills, and cement himself as one of the region’s best. Luke thoroughly enjoys working within a team environment and is always aiming to develop the skills to position himself as a leader within the business, and an honest, reliable and dedicated property expert in the region.

Michael joined Newcastle’s commercial sales and leasing team in July 2013. With over six years of experience selling and leasing properties throughout the Hunter Region with a proven track record of success, he has become well versed within the Newcastle market, specialising in a range of markets including Commercial and Retail Leasing, Investment Sales, Development Sales and Vacant Possession Sales.
During this time he has proven to be one of the most active agents in the industry, extremely motivated and a highly strategic operative that understands the sale and leasing process and market drivers. His extensive understanding of the commercial market and ability to generate leads via his local and national relationships has seen him achieve over $53,000,000 in sales and leases since 2017 and complete over 143 transactions in total.
During his time at Colliers International, he has worked with a range of clients including national institutions, retail funds, investment funds, banks, national corporate clients and various private local clients.
Aaron specialises in the leasing of office and retail space in the Canberra CBD, City Fringe, Parliamentary Triangle and key Town Centres in focusing on areas greater than 500sqm.
Aaron has a strong focus on providing service excellence and commitment to delivering results which has seen a consistent delivery over and above client expectations throughout his career so far.
