To whom it may concern,  

I first came to know Alissa Woods when she called directly to discuss my current lease and future requirements. We had told her that we had attempted to move before but couldn’t find the right space. Alissa listened to our requirements and after many tours of Melbourne CBD and searching for the right tenancy, she found us the perfect space for our business at 330 Collins Street, Melbourne. We took the chance to secure this tenancy and Alissa made the process as easy as possible.  

Once we found the right space, the task then turned to disposing of our current space which we entrusted to Alissa. Alissa performed numerous inspections which elicited several offers.  She kept us informed and kept in constant communication with me.  

With our best interest in mind, Alissa successfully negotiated the surrender of our space at 350 Collins Street, Melbourne by securing a suitable tenant to take on a new lease and eliminate our liability. The deal that she negotiated was very favourable to Greenfields and we were very happy with her level of service and attention to detail.
