As a Director within our Brisbane business, I specialise in the sale and lease of major industrial facilities throughout the Australia TradeCoast and Northside precincts of Brisbane. Over the past two years I have been fortunate enough to help my clients transact over $300 million of quality industrial property and have negotiated leases worth in excess of $10 million per annum on their behalf.
I am focused on major industrial transactions and I seek to use this specialisation to add value for my clients by providing a targeted approach to their complex property requirements.

This approach has enabled me to help broker major transactions to and on behalf of many major players within the Australian market including Charter Hall, Australand, Goodman, Linfox, DHL, Stockland, Australia Post, DEXUS and Energex.

4. 1&3/175 Eagle Farm Road, Pinkenba on behalf of Property Solutions - $18.0 million sale
5. 2472 Logan Road, Eight Mile Plains on behalf of Queensland Government - $13.0 million sale

My role as Personal Assistant in Brisbane Industrial sees me supporting a dynamic team of agents servicing the Brisbane North and Australia TradeCoast regions.
I commenced with Colliers International July 2015 having previously had over 6 years administration and accounts experience in the legal services industry.
As an Associate Director within the Brisbane Industrial team Brian's focus is on securing the desired outcome for all parties during transactions. To acheive this he specialises in tailored property marketing programs designed to achieve the client’s desired outcomes for all types of industrial properties to lease and or purchase, as well as leased investment properties. This focus has been a significant factor in securing repeat and referral business with clients he has delt with on multiple occasions over many years.
Brian is also the Brisbane Industrial team’s Auction specialist, providing first class knowledge and guidance to not only to his clients, but also to his colleagues. He specialises in creating and running auction specific marketing campaigns to ensure that they achieve the best results for his clients.

Prior to working at Colliers International, I specialised in Brisbane’s North for McGees Property. I garnered transactional experience across a breadth of asset classes, affording me intrinsic knowledge of the broader commercial property market. I am also undertaking postgraduate study with a focus on development, investment and valuation.
