Ashley has over 30 years experience in the property industry encompassing all asset classes including shopping centres, community titled developments, property trust portfolios, and residential. She has worked with many of the major institutions in the property industry. Currently Ashley specialises in shopping centre management with over 15 years experience managing this asset class. Retail properties managed by Ashley include No 1 Martin Place, Glenrose Village Shopping Centre and Norton Plaza. The functionalities of Ashley's role include the management and overseeing all aspects of the retail environment including financial management, leasing, marketing, tenant and owner relationships and operations. Ashley manages a large team of professionals who work together to maximise the growth and potential of the assets under management.

Ashley was awarded Rookie of the year in her first year at Byvan and Centre Of The Year on two separate occasions as well as Centre Of the Month on seven occasions. She was also awarded Business Woman of the Year, Central Coast whilst Centre Manager at Deepwater Plaza.

I, Nerissa Moodley have acquired in-depth knowledge within the Real Estate Management Sector of Colliers in the past year. I have a strong client orientated approach and the ability to work with minimal supervision to maintain and build relationships at all levels of the business both internally and externally of the organisation namely with the contractors, tenants and colleagues. Currently, I maintain the property management data at a comprehensive level of Professionalism, Budget Reviews and justifications for annual budget preparation, Co-ordination of Casual Mall Leasing within the Centre by reviewing and approving requests as well as tracking payments to budgets to ensure maximization of revenue inclination, Process reimbursements, employee travel and expenses, account management including Contractor Invoicing and issuing work orders as a strategeic control and efficiency mechanism. Pro-efficient in I.T office support to assist my fellow colleagues.
Prior to working in Colliers, I have very extensive International experience within the Logistics and Supplychian Industry as a Claims Manager (Debt Recovery) and thereafter a Financial Creditor in DB Schenker in South Africa whereby I engulfed my indepth exposure to the admin functionalities . I have a Marketing Major and pursed the role of a Marketing and Sales Analyst within the Retail Sector in the year 2010.

Jamie has been a member of the Colliers International Real Estate Management Team since December 2019.
Jamie is currently the Administration Manager of Auburn Megamall on behalf of key client, Primewest. Jamie is responsible for the administration and general office management of the retail Centre. She plays a key role in arears management, providing quality and exceptional customer experience to all stakeholders, supporting the day to day operations and providing support to the onsite centre management team.
In her previous role, also with Colliers, Jamie was the Administration Manager of Norton Plaza Shopping Centre, Leichhardt and Glenrose Village, Belrose on behalf of key client, Kildair. At Norton Plaza, Leichhardt and Gelrose Village, Belrose , Jamie was responsible for assisting the centre management team in all administration aspects with a focus on lease administration, centre compliance, arrears management and customer experience.
Prior to joining Colliers International, Jamie previously worked at Ralph Demolition Pty Ltd as Operations Coordinator / Demolition Consultant. She has also had opportunity to gain experience and skills from working in Conveyancing , Commercial Real Estate and even Hospitality and Beauty. Jamie recently obtained her Degree at University of Technology Sydney in Bachelor of Property Economics that has allowed her to gain further knowledge in Property Law, Property Taxation/ Finance/ Accounting, Urban Planning, Sustainability, Construction Project Management, Marketing and Consumer Behavior and so much more relating to Property.
Jamie’s strengths is her natural ability to build rapport; enabling her to have a successful collaborative approach with her team, customers and tenants alike. She also has exceptional attention to detail in performaing administrative and financial management tasks.
