Prior to joining Colliers in October 2012 Cheryl worked for Maloney Field Services as their Logistics Co-ordinator. Previous roles included, Valuers Assistant for 2 years, National Co-ordinator of jobs and national travel for the valuers at Rushton Valuers, and also undertook the role of Office Manager. Cheryl previously worked as the Office Manager of the Valuation Division of BankSA and in general banking.
Cheryl has always worked in a collaborative team environment and continues to promote and work to this aim.
Head of Agribusiness
Alex and his team specialise in the the provision of valuation and consultancy services to the rural and agribusiness sector on a national and international basis. They have specific skills in the wine, forestry, agriculture, horticulture, fisheries/aquaculture and large scale grazing and cropping sectors. The team also has plant and machinery qualifications, and deal with complex and specialised assets including large multi-jurisdictional portfolios on a regular basis.
Director | Valuation & Advisory Services
Tanya is Director of Valuation and Advisory Services within South Australia. In this role Tanya is responsible for conducting valuations of specialised commercial property and assets on a national basis including market, accounting and insurance based reporting.
The valuation team undertake work in all Australian states and territories and have provided professional advice to international related assignments within the global Colliers International network.
Associate Director | Agribusiness Valuation & Advisory Services
Since joining Colliers in 2012, John has formed part of the Agribusiness Valuation and Advisory Services team, undertaking valuations on a wide range of rural properties. John has particular experience in the valuation of dryland and irrigated cropping, high rainfall and pastoral grazing, vineyard, forestry, irrigated horticulture (broad hectare potato & onion production and permanent tree crop), dairy and poultry assets.
Based out of New South Wales, John has undertaken valuation assignments on farms located throughout South Australia, Victoria, New South Wales, Western Australia, Tasmania and the Northern Territory.
Having grown up on the family property in South Australia's Lameroo district, John has first-hand knowledge and experience of rural property operations.
The valuations he has worked on have been for a number of purposes including Mortgage Security, Financial Reporting, Potential Acquisition/Disposal, Estate Planning/Settlement, Compulsory Acquisition and Insurance purposes.

Rob has been undertaking rural, horticulture and agribusiness valuations throughout the Northern Territory, Western Australia and South Australia over the previous 12 years with emphasis on rural residential developments, horticulture, broad acre and pastoral properties.
Valuation work has been undertaken for private clients, major lending institutions and national corporate organisations and valuation of major corporation property portfolios.
In addition to the above Rob has also undertaken valuations for the Commonwealth Government and Northern Territory Government for financial reporting purposes including the Department of Finance, Department of Housing, Department of Lands, Planning and the Environment, Department of Primary Industries and Fisheries and Department of Parks and Wildlife..
