I have more the 30 years’ experience in the retail investment property industry, having managed and driven asset strategy for numerous shopping centres across Australia, South East Asia and The Middle East.
I recently joined Colliers International as National Director following the acquisition of McKenzie Hall, a specialist retail management and leasing company, in 2014. Prior to leading the McKenzie Hall management team, I was Managing Director and shareholder of the Byvan Group, a specialist retail centre management company, which sold to Savills in 2002.
My experience as a business owner ensures that I strive for long term and above average performance for my clients and my teams.
My ability to think like an owner, complemented with my leadership experience and people management ensures I deliver outcomes and results for my clients and their centres.
I am a founding Board member of the Shopping Centre Council of Australia and was extensively involved in the development and management of the Property Council of Australia education courses. I am also a past National Chair of the PCA Education Committee and was a lecturer for more than 15 years for the Shopping Centre courses.

Lyn joined Colliers International in June 2015 as State Product Director - Real Estate Management.
Since joining Colliers International, Lyn has been responsible for the enhancement of the service platform delivered by the South Australia Real Estate Management Team. In 2016 and 2017, Lyn was award Leader of the Year for the South Australian business.
Prior to joining Colliers International, Lyn has worked for Knight Frank, Cushman Wakefield, a boutique agency and one of South Australia's largest private property owners as General Manager and Director.
During Lyn's time at these companies, she has achieved:-
Completing one of Adelaide's biggest retail developments;
Establishing a risk analysis of the business and turned around several non -performing assets to obtain positive outcomes;
Successfully implemented a three (3) year plan on staffing, policies and culture which saw the company grow from a small to a medium size business.

I have over 10 years experience in Media/Advertising/Marketing industry with various roles from administrative to account management.
For the last 5 years I have enjoyed the role of Executive Assitant and Office Manager in Retail, Leasing and Real Estate Management.

I have worked in Property for the last 20 years, having experience in Retail Project Management and Development, then the last 10 years in Shopping Centre Management
I am passionate leader focused on driving high quality outcomes for clients and supporting the growth and development of my team. Throughout my career, I have supported teams and organisations through change management whether it be challenging times including property divestment, acquisitions and due diligence periods or an overhaul of processes and procedures.

Scott is the Portfolio Manager for the Queensland retail management business.
He has over 15 years of experience in the property industry, specialising in retail management of all classes of assets. Having a valuations and financial background, Scott has been able to utilise his skills and knowledge to consistently add value and drive asset performance throughout his career.
Scott has worked nationally with institutional clients such as ISPT and ING Real Estate, and other large national retail investors such as Perron Group and Primewest.
