In order to continually develop and enhance the Corporate Marketing function at Colliers International, I will be drawing upon 20+ years of experience in the advertising industry. My experience covers many different specialist areas that will contribute to the success of Colliers including brand development, creative strategy, media strategy and digital solutions.
My relationship with Colliers started approximately 4 years before joining the business. I was previosuly Head of Agency Australia for Adcorp Australia who were providing advertising services to Colliers and I was involved at a strategic level to develop a brand strategy and point of differentiation that would result in a first to market initiative. As a result, I was a key player in bringing Project Blue to market which immediately differentiated Colliers in the market by changing the way property was advertised in print publications in conjunction with a digital media strategy that was a brand new initiative for the property industry.
One of my key strengths is understanding how a brand comes to life from the initial stages of qualitative and quantitative research, through to developing a strategically lead creative brief to protecting that brand with guidelines that are designed to strengthen it in the marketplace. Along with key marketing skills and a strategic approach to business, I am well placed to assist Colliers in maintaining a first to market reputation and continue to provide differentiators that will drive continued revenue growth.
Developed and implemented Project Blue for Colliers which was a new print and digital marketing strategy designed to improve property marketing solutions provided to customers in order to reach more people and get better results faster - 2014
Developed and implemented an integrated media strategy which was heavily reliant upon digital programmatic media buying for Mitsubishi Heavy Industries Air-Conditioning and helped them move up two positions in the market for residential air-conditioning measured by unit sales.
Developed and created a market first digital advertising campaign based on engagement and gamification for food manufacturer Podravka for their range of Vegeta stock powders in addition to utilising programmatic media to extend their reach by millions for a similar budget to previous years.
Developed and created a television advertising campaign for Advil (pain relief tablets) based on a testimonial approach of using real life users to generate trust and belief in the product.
In addition to providing creative strategy for a number of other clients, I have also developed Employer Brands and communication strategies for Coca-Cola Amatil, AGL, BHP Billiton, Bankwest and others.
