I started my career in residential property more than 16 years ago in a property management role and moved into commercial property management a couple of years later where I oversaw the relocation and refurbishment of Commonwealth Government Departments’ offices around Australia.
My current role at Colliers International involves the management of circa 100,000sqm of commercial and retail property for institutional and private clients, such as Abacus Property Group and Doma Group.
An expert in management of commercial office buildings, I am responsible in the keeping accurate and up-to-date records of activities and money spent on properties, create budgets, collect rent and negotiate leases on behalf of Landlords. I liaise with third party suppliers and ensure property works are carried out cost effectively and efficiently and report on all activities relating to the management of the buildings.
Accomplishments
I recently negotiated the lease of 12,500sq m of office space for a term 10 years to Department of Resource, Energy and Tourism on behalf of Abacus Property Group. My growing relationship with Doma Group has seen me take on their property management interstate.

- Worked in the construction industry on residential and commercial projects for 4 years prior to joining the Australian Defence Force.
- Served with the Australian Defence Force (Army) for 25 years achieving the rank of Warrant Officer Class 1.
