Fiona joined Colliers International in 2007 in the role of Executive Assistant to the State Chief Executive and Office Manager for the South Australian business. Fiona also supports the Director of Healthcare & Retirement Living, Director of Retail Leasing and the Office Leasing team. Fiona has over 30 years experience in providing executive support and office administration.
Fiona's role includes working closely with our State Executive Committee and ensuring all aspects of the Adelaide office are maintained to a high standard.

Specialising in office leasing precommitment, James has been actively involved in significant Adelaide CBD projects that have changed the city's skyline. Current projects include the Entrepreneur and Innovation Centre, Lot Fourteen on behalf of the Government of South Australia (Renewal SA) and Festival Square with Walker Corporation.
In his role as State Chief Executive, James facilitates many opportunities throughout the local business on behalf of clients and customers of Colliers. Accordingly, his knowledge of South Australian property activity across all sectors is extensive.
James is an active leader demonstrated by high volume of referral activity, is an enthusiastic collaborator and leads the local Office Asset Class team.

Justin is responsible for listing, servicing and completing transactions in the Healthcare & Retirement Living sectors. Nationally, the division is the largest transactional team of its type specialising in these sectors.
Justin’s sole focus is to offer the highest professional service to his clients and to achieve a positive outcome for all parties involved. He provides specialist advice and guidance for clients
Justin has valuable experience in the property investment and development sector, with specific specialist knowledge in Healthcare & Retirement Living.
He has a long history of transaction execution, project marketing, project and feasibility assessment, determining and negotiating property acquisitions and disposals, property analysis, establishing property development direction, major lease negotiation, project management of property development projects and major building contract negotiation.
Justin currently assists clients in analysing property and going-concern opportunities and progressing those opportunities to realise their optimal potential.
Ben leads the South Australian retail leasing team. Ben's strengths include strategic retail planning, tenancy re-mix strategies, project leasing and solution based leasing.
Ben has worked for two of the four major commercial real estate agencies
Trevor is an office leasing specialist with over 16 years of experience, whose expertise lies in pre-commitment leasing of new developments and repositioning of existing assets for lease.
Originally from Johannesburg, South Africa, Trevor joined Colliers in 2018 and quickly established himself as a market leader in Adelaide. Having started his career in corporate banking, in 2004 he decided to pursue his passion for property and has since worked with some of the biggest corporate, institutional and private clients both nationally and abroad.
Trevor is a strong business development professional who is skilled in Leasing, Sales, Tenant Representation, Real Estate Economics, and Campaign Marketing.
Initially employed as South Australia’s State Research Analyst Jeevan was responsible for publishing quarterly Real Estate Market Indicator Reports and the formation of a cutting-edge database system. Now in Office Leasing, Jeevan has had the opportunity to combine the formation of Colliers International knowledge capital with brokering.
Jeevan works across several local and regional markets, with a specific focus on Adelaide’s Fringe and Metro markets.
Georgia brings to the Adelaide Office Leasing team experience in Property Management, having previously worked directly with landlords and tenants in the residential sector, as well as experience in site and lease acquisition services within the telecommunications industry. Georgia's main focus is on the Adelaide CBD, providing successful leasing outcomes for clients and tenants alike.
Georgia completed 35 deals in 2019 including notable transactions such as:
- 1,600sqm leased to Victory Offices at 11-29 Waymouth St
- 947sqm leased to Serco at 95 Grenfell St
- 709sqm leased to DXC Technology at 11-29 Waymouth St
- 1,200sqm leased to Certegy Ezi-Pay at 55 Currie St
With a record deal completed at 7 William St, Norwood in which she leased in 7 days from listing the property.
Georgia's ability to handle large volumes of work is apparent as she continues to strive for her clients best interests.
Manager | Retail Leasing
Lauren's professional experience in property management has provided the opportunity to excel into leasing, primarily focusing on the retail sector. Applying her prior knowledge of lease negotiations with existing tenants, she is able to use these skills when negotiating with new tenants and establishing right tenant mixes within the shopping centres. Lauren also has a strong focus on securing precommittment from retailers for retail developments.
Senior Database & Research Analyst | Agency
Ian is the Senior Database & Research Analyst for the South Australian business, and national Colliers International initiatives concerning both colleagues and clients.
He assists all asset classes in Adelaide with CRM database responsibilities, including but not limited to; data capturing, quality, extraction, analysis, and CRM training. His focus is to drive productivity, efficiency and success for both our clients and business.
Clients assisted: Charter Hall, Quintessential, MRS, City of Unley, a variety of Adelaide private clients.
