Heath Gerhard has an extensive background in residential and commercial property management having began his career in residential property management over 10 years ago.
Having joined Colliers International in 2015, Heath has grown his portfolio to include assets across the industrial, retail and office sectors, most notably the new Logos development on Captain Cook Drive in Arundel, which includes the new 10,257m² Toll super depot – the first purpose-built integrated facility of its kind for Toll.
Heaths property management capabilities include, but are not limited to, budgeting, forecasting, overseeing maintenance and building compliance, as well as managing tenant relationships and lease administration.

I oversee the property management, facilities management and sustainability functions for the Real Estate Management (Office & Industrial) business in Queensland. I currently lead a team of 30 skilled property professionals who are committed to delivering memorable service to our customers and adding long term value to the assets under management.
I have over 14 years experience in listed and unlisted property and facilities management, asset repositioning activities, strategic planning, leasing and capital projects management across most asset classes including office, retail and industrial in Australia.
In addition to my core responsibilities, I am also involved with the Property Council of Australia as a member on their QLD Commercial Office Committee. I hold a Master of Property Studies from the University of Queensland.

Nathan Deighton joined Colliers international in 2018 as an Assistant Property Manager moving across from Residential Property Management which he had been involved with from 2012 on the Gold Coast.
Nathan currently assist's the Colliers Gold Coast management team in all facets of commercial management across multiple investment classes.
Rodney has been with Colliers International as a Facilities Manager since February, 2019 mananging facilities for three clients: Logos, Primewest and Altis.
Currently helping manage 17 industrial sites across Brisbane, Rodney brings enthusiasm at a whole new level who is relentless in striving for extraordinary results. Ensuring safe and compliant sites is Rodney's goal on an everyday basis.
Before his arrival at Colliers, Rodney completed a Mechanical Engineering apprenticeship through Woolworths then moved to the United States in 2008 working for large food corporations Gordon Food Service and United Natural Foods in Facilities Management roles.
