Jack joined Colliers in August 2020 as a Facilities Manager working within the REM team. A graduate from The University of Adelaide majoring in Corporate Finance, Jack has current licences to act as both a property manager and a sales representative.
With a background in management, sales and customer-service, Jack has extensive experience in customer-facing roles where he has learnt to quickly adapt to a diverse range of circumstances. Before his time at Colliers, Jack managed the Adelaide branch of Florsheim Shoes. His leadership resulted in the team exceeding sales targets and KPIs and winning Florsheim's Customer Capture and Retention programme. During this time Jack innovated store procedures which reduced human-error and time spent away from the customer.

Lyn joined Colliers International in June 2015 as State Product Director - Real Estate Management.
Since joining Colliers International, Lyn has been responsible for the enhancement of the service platform delivered by the South Australia Real Estate Management Team. In 2016 and 2017, Lyn was award Leader of the Year for the South Australian business.
Prior to joining Colliers International, Lyn has worked for Knight Frank, Cushman Wakefield, a boutique agency and one of South Australia's largest private property owners as General Manager and Director.

As the Director- Facilities Management, Himadri brings a wealth of experience in driving service excellence innovations, creating work place strategies and operational excellence, and identifies cost saving opportunities. With 15+ years of industry experience Himadri has successfully been involved in all practices of the real estate industry starting from the project management, facilities services, transitions, asset lifecycle and maintenance strategy modelling as well as execution.
With credentials from Harvard University and University of Wales, UK, Himadri is a certified expert in OHSAS, QMS and environment management systems, green belt in Six sigma (facilities) with experience in large and complex operations.
He has been very successful in complete turnaround of the portfolio and the performance of the assets in terms of strategic outlook, operational performance and financial profitability. Receiver of multiple accolades from asset owners, several client tenant organisations and internal recognition for world class service delivery planning and execution.
In his career till date, Himadri has worked with global companies like Deloitte, JLL, CBRE etc., while providing solutions to its client and is recognised as an expert in the industry.

Bianca joined the the team at Colliers International in 2018 in the role of Assistant Property Manager. Bianca had aspired to work in Commercial Property Management since commencing her career in Real Estate. Now as a property manager Bianca assists in the management of several high-rise office buildings in Adelaide CBD, as well as many other commercial buildings in metropolitan Adelaide.
Coming from a background in residential property management & sales administration , Bianca has dealt with many areas of the industry. This includes trust account management, preparing lease documentation, marketing, online listing management and daily communication with Landlords, Tenants and Contractors. Bianca is a people person with great communication skills, attention to detail and the ability to handle a heavy workload.
Possessing over 15 years’ experience with leading property firms including Westfield, Stockland, CBRE and Jones Lang LaSalle (JLL), Anna has developed a significant understanding of the operational and financial management requirements of large scale retail and commercial assets, located both in New South Wales and South Australia.
Originally employed with the Westfield Investor Relations team based in the Sydney head office, Anna conveyed her superior analytical and organisational skills to the Stockland Facilities Management department, effectively facilitating national operational contracts for the countless retail, commercial, business park and residential properties within the Stockland portfolio. Whilst successful in optimising the operational profitability of Stockland’s asset portfolio through identification of new business initiatives and efficiencies, she was also responsible for implementing strategic objectives for the group and maintaining alignment with her employer's values.
Following relocation to South Australia, Anna commenced employment with CBRE within the asset management department, effectively supporting the senior Management team to identify and develop innovative operational solutions across the retail portfolio, as well as providing high level assistance to the operations managers, finance managers and centre managers across South Australian assets. Anna was instrumental in the development of national initiatives within CBRE, including the creation of web-based operations applications and procedures, to ensure both great customer service and long term results for key stakeholders.
Anna’s demonstrated history of understanding of the retail property industry, resulted in her most recent employment satisfying the roles of Centre, Property, Operations and Leasing manager on a portfolio of large, established retail and commercial properties in both the Adelaide CBD and regional areas. Utilising proven negotiation abilities, tenants were afforded decreased operational costs during the financial year, and following the implementation of prepared marketing strategies; an increase in foot traffic during Anna’s tenure was substantiated, thus allowing for leasing growth and resulting in a 97% occupancy rate throughout the portfolio.
Anna’s proven skills in asset management, negotiation, budgeting, business planning, leasing and operations; coupled with sound knowledge of marketing strategies, retail trends, business acumen and property forecasts makes her an enormous asset to the Colliers International business.

Enzo joined Colliers International in October 2009 as a Property Manager in the the Real Estate Management Department. Since his initial appointment, he has been promoted to the positions of Senior Property Manager in July 2010; Associate Director in July 2012 and Director in July 2017. Enzo has extensive knowledge of all facets of the commercial, industrial, retail and healthcare/ medical property management industry having been involved the industry for 12 years. He also has extensive experience in project managing the building refurbishment works on behalf of Colliers International clients. Recent projects have included the building upgrades to the value of approx. $3.5 million of the Uniting Communities aged care accommodation facilities at 160 OG Road, Felixstow and 7 Raymond Grove, Glenelg. Other projects include the building refurbishment works at 431 King William Street, Adelaide, 165 Grenfell Street, Adelaide and 30 Gawler Street, Salisbury.
Prior to joining Colliers International, I was employed as a commercial and retail property manager for ProRealty Pty Ltd and The Cohen Group. Duties included the management of commercial properties in the CBD and Metro markets and the retail management of the Port Mall, Collinswood Shopping Centre and the Blackwood Shopping Centre. I have also undertaken consultancy work for the major telecommunications companies, Telstra, Vodafone and Optus. Duties included sourcing sites for the erection of new telecommunication sites; liaising with technicians and engineers; negotiating licenses and leases with the respective property owners.
Emma joined Colliers International in October 2017, in the role of Assistant Property Manager within the Real Estate Managment team.
Emma is enjoying this role as it is allowing her to learn about property management in a fast paced setting and in a "hands on" way.
Emma joined the work force since 2010. Her working career started age 14 where she work for the local family owned petorl station, and went on to work there for 5 years while completeing high school. After year 12 Emma gained a fulltime job as a Facilities Manager for BHP Billiton. Emma then took a career change and started working for her families Glazing Business doing administration and sales.
Senior Centre Manager | Real Estate Management
Karen joined Colliers International as Centre Manager in May 2018. Prior to this, Karen established her career in retail management having managed centres and portfolios since 2004. Karen's main emphasis has been monitoring the overall performance of the centres under management, working closly with the centre management teams, retailer relationships and maintaining the assets value. During this time Karen has worked on portolios in excess of 74,630m2 across Adelaide, regional South Australia and regional Northern Territory.
