James has 15 years’ experience in the property industry. He is a highly adaptable, motivated individual who strives to further himself through continuing professional development and building on his relationships with clients and colleagues alike. A team player, James is adept at aligning himself with the clients’ strategy and meeting targets in a professional and timely manner.
With a background in real estate management, sales, leasing/lettings and valuation in both residential and commercial sectors James also has solid experience in the building and construction sector which further underpins his strong working knowledge of building services and facilities.
A Master’s Degree in Real Estate (UCEM, Reading, UK via correspondence) further complements James’ understanding of real estate market activities, developments and trends and their implications on tenancy, financial and physical aspects of the asset.
A Member of the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors, James is a versatile and astute individual who has a valuable, all-round knowledge of the workings and strategies required to successfully manage a property portfolio. Having worked within the Commercial Property sector in three different countries (Ireland, UK, Australia) James has gained valuable experience and market insight.

I have more than 30 years experience in the property industry with extensive relationships across institutional and major private owners throughout Australia. My experience includes the management of major assets and portfolios across Australia, across all asset classes and all categories of ownership, working for clients such as Challenger, Charter Hall, Grosvenor, ISPT, Macquarie University, QIC, IOOF, Mulpha, Mirvac, Dexus, Perron Group, REST, Glebe Administration Board, KAH Australia, Valad, Australian Unity, Far East Organization, Bunnings, EG Funds Management, Eureka Funds Management, Heathley Limited, Real I.S., Roxy-Pacific and Altis Property Partners.
In my current role as Managing Director, Real Estate Management, I am responsible for driving operational excellence and leading business growth for Colliers International Real Estate Management service.

National Director | Head of Operations
Responsible for developing and managing the efficient operations and growth of the National Real Estate Management Team.
Nick is the Director of Real Estate Management with responsibility for Sydney CBD and North Sydney.
Clients include Mulpha, CorVal, Aqualand, The Hour Glass & Longhurst with assets including Transport House - 99 Macquarie Street & 151 Macquarie Street, Sydney under management. Also 15 Blue Street & 146 Arthur Street in North Sydney.
Recent management appointments in Sydney have included 8 Spring Street & 56 Clarence Street, for Heathley & 85 Harrington Street for Golden Age & Hannas, The Rocks.
Nick has managed numerous Sydney CBD assets including 100 William Street, 275 Kent Street, 10 Bridge Street, 210 & 220 George Street Sydney.
His career commenced in the UK where Nick gained extensive experience in property sales, leasing, valuations & property management.
Rebecca has been with Colliers International since February 2015, starting as a Team Assistant in Valuations at South Sydney. From there, she transferred to assist the Project Services Team in Sydney CBD – covering three departments - Design, Technology and Project Management. Further, in 2015, the position of Property Administrator within NSW Real Estate Management became available to support Property Management directors in Sydney CBD.
Gaining exposure to many different business lines within Colliers has enabled Rebecca to become a successful administrator and the "go-to" support person within the wider team. In 2018 she was promoted to Senior Team Assistant, providing general support to the Sydney CBD, Major Buildings and North Shore teams. Simultaneously she was appointed as the mentor for REM Support Staff within the local teams.
Most recently in 2019, Rebecca relocated to Brisbane QLD where she is currently supporting the State Product Director and the wider team, attending to the corporate administration, operational and marketing responsibilities for QLD REM.

Manage the continued development of the State Facilities Management business by providing leadership and managerial direction to the team. Ensure Colliers International’s procedures, systems and business direction is implemented to minimise risk to Colliers International, exceed client expectations and comply with our obligations as specified in our Management Agency Agreements, while generating a positive financial return to Colliers International.

I have over 15 years’ experience in the Real Estate industry and in this time have gained valuable experience in all aspects of Property Management including providing outstanding customer service, building strong relationships with all stakeholders, increasing asset values through proactive maintenance and capital expenditure programs, tenant retention strategies, lease negotiations, financial reporting, dealings with Legal representatives and arrears minimisation.
I started with Colliers in 2010 and have had various Property Management roles within REM in that time. My current role as National Director of Private Clients is focused on business development and service delivery in the private client specialisation of Real Estate Management. I work with the SPD's to implement business development strategies, nationalised marketing collateral and ensure we are constantly delivering service that exceeds our clients’ expectations through a proactive management approach.
Because we treat every asset like it’s our own, we find solutions others don’t look for.
National Director, Financial & Client Accounting
With over 20 years experience as a Chartered Accountant in Finance and Accounting I have held roles from Audit & Advisory to General Manager responsible for bottom line performance. This has given me a broad range of experience and made me a highly motivated and commercial operator focused on outcomes.
In my capacity as Finance & Operations Manager | Real Estate Management I’m responsible for delivering a 5 star platform to internal and external clients and commercial analysis support to the Managing Director of Real Estate Management. In addition I manage the Property Accounting Team.
