In his time as a Project Manager and Project Engineer, Josh has excelled in the delivery of Retail, Residential and Student Accommodation projects. While working at Colliers International, Josh has delivered several successful retail projects and has reported for financial institutions on a number of developments across multiple asset classes. Josh is passionate about effective management of project stakeholders and the proactive management of project works to mitigate exposure to risks. Josh spent a decade training in a high-performance system at the Queensland Academy of Sport and we regularly see him demonstrate that he has brought the same dedication and work ethic to Project Management.

Paige has over four years’ experience working within the commercial, retail and industrial sectors through fitout projects, full building and shopping centre refurbishments, relocations, base building upgrades, tenancy coordination and warehouse refurbishments. Paige has exceptional communication, organisation, client and change management skills.
These skills developed during her previous employment experience as the client delivering the company’s 5,500sqm head office fitout and relocation whilst simultaneously managing numerous fitout densification works in their satellite offices located in Perth, Brisbane, Adelaide and Hobart. Upon completion of the head office project and demonstration of her exceptional people, client and vendor management skills, Paige was offered a role as a Project Engineer for Colliers International Project Management (formerly NixAnderson).
Paige currently manages project cost, programme and multidisciplinary teams of design consultants and contractors on various commercial refurbishment and bespoke projects. Paige places large importance on managing the client’s needs with a strong focus on communication and delivering high quality, functional spaces.

Ian has over 36 years’ experience in the development industry and has a strong financial focus in property projects.Ian started his career in Scotland before working in Qatar and Sydney before moving to Queensland in 1990. Ian's experience covers numerous sectors including hotels, high rise residential, retail, retirement and hospitality projects. A well known and respected industry figure in S.E Qld, Ian specialises in Development and Project Management Services. Ian’s early involvement in projects with strategic advice helps ensure the overall project success, with a particular particular focus on tourism, hotel consultancy and residential projects.
Ian is a National Director of Colliers International Project Leaders which acquired GMP Management in 2018. Under Ian’s stewardship, GMP grew to be the largest Project Management Consultancy on the Gold Coast and expanded into Brisbane and Darwin.
Ian heads up our Queensland division, but is very much a hands on director, working out of both our Brisbane and Gold Coast offices. He has delivered some of S.E. Qld most notable projects including Westin Hotel and Mary Lane Residences, Pullman and Ibis Hotels Brisbane Airport, Novotel Southbank and Twin Towns Services Club.

Stephen has over 15 years’ experience in the construction industry having worked on a wide range of projects in the United Kingdom and Australia. As both an experienced Project Manager and Chartered Quantity Surveyor, Stephen provides a wide range of services including Project Management, Design Management, Superintendency, Cost Management, Quantity Surveying, Financier Services and Project Feasibility Studies.
With experience on projects from $1m to $200m in value in Queensland and New South Wales Stephen is a well-established senior consultant who places particular importance in developing and maintaining strong Client relationships. Stephen has a high level of experience in the residential, education and commercial sectors and manages projects from inception through to completion to tight commercial and programme controls.

Kevin has over 16 years’ experience in the construction industry working on a wide range of projects throughout Australia and the United Kingdom for private practices and contracting organisations. He has experience in many aspects of pre-contract and post-contract quantity surveying including cost planning, measurement, contract administration and dispute resolution.
Kevin has worked on civil, educational, healthcare, leisure and commercial projects in ‘client side’ quantity surveying roles and in commercial management roles for main contracting organisations.
Kevin's experience spans from Project Management, Quantity Surveying, Cost Planning, Cost Management, Value Engineering, Contracts Administration and Dispute Resolution. His experience enables him to manage construction projects from inception through to completion, where he is able to delegate to the project team when necessary. He is currently working on a number of Quantity Surveying projects.
