Julie is a Senior Personal Assistant supporting David Storey, Regional Director, Marketing & Communications | Asia Pacific, Kerrie Dewey, Director, Human Resources | People & Performance and Liesel von Molendorff | Director, Administration.
Julie provides comprehensive administrative support to these three teams along with project management of major national HR projects, financial budget management, content management of Colliers' centralised employee platform, travel arrangements and manages/coordinates key meetings and communications.
Julie initially worked at Colliers Melbourne CBD for two years before transferring to Sydney CBD in October 2019.
In Melbourne, Julie worked closely alongside Mike Crittenden | Director, Retail Leasing where she assisted the Project Leasing, CBD, Retail Investment Services and Large Format Retail teams. In this role, she undertook a large range of duties including creating high-level submissions and IM's, coordinated leasing campaigns, direct correspondence with key clients and stakeholders, financial budgeting and general administrative tasks.

Prior to my current employ, I was with NSW Farmers Association as an Industrial Relations Advisor for 2.5 years. In this role I worked closely with farmers on a vareity of employment related matters.
Regional Director, Marketing and Communications | Asia Pacific
In order to continually develop and enhance the Corporate Marketing function at Colliers International, I will be drawing upon 20+ years of experience in the advertising industry. My experience covers many different specialist areas that will contribute to the success of Colliers including brand development, creative strategy, media strategy and digital solutions.
My relationship with Colliers started approximately 4 years before joining the business. I was previosuly Head of Agency Australia for Adcorp Australia who were providing advertising services to Colliers and I was involved at a strategic level to develop a brand strategy and point of differentiation that would result in a first to market initiative. As a result, I was a key player in bringing Project Blue to market which immediately differentiated Colliers in the market by changing the way property was advertised in print publications in conjunction with a digital media strategy that was a brand new initiative for the property industry.
One of my key strengths is understanding how a brand comes to life from the initial stages of qualitative and quantitative research, through to developing a strategically lead creative brief to protecting that brand with guidelines that are designed to strengthen it in the marketplace. Along with key marketing skills and a strategic approach to business, I am well placed to assist Colliers in maintaining a first to market reputation and continue to provide differentiators that will drive continued revenue growth.

After completing my studies in Marketing & Behavioural Science at the University of Notre Dame (Sydney), my real estate career began in 2014 as an Associate Residential Marketing & Sales Agent at award winning agency Phillips Pantzer Donnelley [PPD]. During my time at PPD I was exposed to the many facets of the Residential Property Market as well as the importance of the marketing function within a business – particularly when it comes to sales. After 2 years with PPD, I decided that my next career move would be to pursue my passion for marketing in the Digital and Property Marketing team at Colliers International Australia.

As the Creative & Content Manager, I play an integral role in managing and guiding the designsolutions of the Corporate Marketing & Communications team. I am the key design contact withinthe business, and am responsible for ensuring that all designers produce and maintain high-quality,visually compelling solutions for print and digital design projects. My creative direction extends toall product lines within Colliers International, subsequently ensuring that our that our brandmarketing is consistent, competitive, and best in class.
Director | Administration
Liesel is a member of the Australian Senior Leadership Team. In the role of Director of Administration, Liesel's responsibilities include managing the national premises portfolio, workplace health and safety for over 1300 staff and delivering memorable service to enhance productivity through the leadership of our National Administration function.
Liesel is responsible for leading the national strategy for Administration and its delivery in the areas of health and safety, corporate services, operations, premises and procurement together with driving business enabling projects to achieve tangible outcomes. She works closely with the ANZ leadership teams across Colliers International to enhance productivity and lead with innovation.
Liesel’s expertise has been developed through leadership roles spanning across a range of industries and countries, includes organisations like QBE Insurance, Deloitte, Morgan Stanley and the Law Society of NSW.
