Having built strong relationships during his expansive real estate career in Singapore, Jun acts as a valuable link to the Asian markets. Leveraging these valuable client relationships Jun is able to significantly increase the end value of any sales campaign that he works on. Major transactions include 851 Whitehorse Road, Box Hill where he plays a pivotal role in negotiating the $50 million dollar transaction on behalf of Spotlight Group in 2017.
In 2018, Jun acted on behalf of St Paul's Luthern Church of Box Hill (711 Station Street) and negotiated the largest deal ever transacted in Box Hill in 2018 for about $30 million.
Additionally, Jun is bilingual and speaks fluent English and Mandarin making him a useful asset to his clients.

Over this time Trent has specialised across numerous professions including sales, development and valuations. Trent joined Colliers in 2014, having previously worked for more than eight years as a Director of Development Valuations at CBRE. During this time, Trent developed key relationships with property developers, Australia wide and internationally. In 2016 Trent transacted 25 development sites with a total value of over $850,000,000.

Mia commenced her career with Colliers International Melbourne over four years ago, and held various roles within the Residential team and Residential Development Sites team bringing her a wealth of residential experience across multiple disciplines. She has specialised in the sale of off the plan apartments and development sites in the Melbourne CBD/City Fringe market as well as the Englobo land market. Mia most recently joined Colliers International Sydney CBD office in the Residential team and will now be focusing on Residential land development opportunities in the Growth Corridor.
