Kady joined Colliers International over 6 years ago in a supportive capacity to the Real Estate Management department.
During 2012/2013, Kady demonstrated comprehensive understanding of our systems, follow up procedures and the importance of communication with clients and tenants alike. As a result, Kady was promoted to Assistant Property Manager, taking care of the day to day operations of the 200 property portfolio.
In 2014 Kady was further promoted to Property Manager which was a diverse roll covering property management skills across the broader property asset classes of Office, Retail, Industrial and Residential. By the end of 2014 Kady was promoted from Property Manager to Leasing Executive.
In 2016 Kady took on the role Executive Assistant in our Wollongong Office. Organisational skills and being proactive and motivated are vital to Kady's role in assisting the Executives day-to-day. Supporting the Executives requires a high level of confidentiality, good communication skills, and the ability to make decisions on behalf of the Executives in their absence.
Involved in the team providing strategic advice to BlueScope on their portfolio of assets across Australia.
Part of the team in providing Wollongong Private Hospital property specific advice in relation to tenant requirements and expectations.

In his 24 years in the property sector, Simon has excelled in all sectors of the industry, winning awards in both commercial and residential sales he was the winner of the 2007 REINSW award of excellence and the 2008 REIA National Award for Excellence and in 2010 was a National awards of Excellence winner within the Colliers International network. Having established a number of real estate offices in both the Illawarra and Sutherland Shire, Simon’s experience truly encompasses all facets of the industry. Simon has a proven track record in commercial, rural and residential markets selling numerous multimillion dollar properties and setting a number of market records. He has become a market leader through marketing and innovation. More recently, through this expertise, Simon has worked throughout NSW and QLD handling many high profile sales and assisting key clients. He has sold and marketed some of the region's largest sites and buildings and regularly achieve market records.

Melissa started her career in Real Estate in 2016 joining Colliers International Wollongong as first point of contact and in a supportive capacity to the Sales, Leasing and Property Management Departments.
During this time, Melissa demonstrated sound understanding of systems, follow up procedures and the importance of communication with customers and clients alike. As a result, Melissa was promoted to Team Assistant to the Residential, Commercial Sales and Leasing department.
Melissa’s role is very diverse in that it covers not only providing administrative support to the Residential and Commercial departments, but also supporting the entire team with the capabilities to ensure sales are progressing, liaising between both the vendor, sales executive and the purchaser for each sale and ensuring the accuracy of project data and reports. Supporting not only the team but also vendors and purchasers involved in the project from launch to settlement. As part of this role Melissa also provided support to the Marketing Department with the assistant of managing online property listings, project Facebook pages, Social Media content and email communications.
In 2017 Melissa took on the role of Marketing Co-ordinator for Colliers International’s Wollongong Office, specialising in creating and executing new marketing strategies to help accelerate the success of each client. Melissa also supports the team with the preparation of property marketing material, proposals, demographic reports, marketing and research support. Melissa loves to create ideas from scratch, making customized marketing templates for our clients and helping to promote their brand, striving to bring a unique set of ideas for rebranding and repositioning of each clients asset.
