Specialising in residential project marketing, Thomas makes his contribution to the Canberra project marketing team by providing commentary and advice regarding market trends, pricing, marketing strategy, and sales results. Thomas has spent several years in the Canberra property market and understands the intricacies of the market, which helps to pave a road to success for his clients.
Thomas has acted in a leadership role for several projects in recent years, including the Governor Place precinct within Canberra's parliamentary triangle, and the Alexander and Albemarle buildings in Phillip, which was one of the first large scale warehouse refurbishment projects within Canberra. On both of the aforementioned projects Colliers was able to deliver an excellent result for their clients, and provide meaningful strategic direction with regards to marketing, mix, and ultimately sales.

Jessica is also responsible for generating week by week and end of month marketing reports for her clients. Jessica works in close partnership with all parties involved in bringing a project and campaign to life.
