Kyle Dewey specialises in sales, leasing and management of all commercial/industrial/retail premises throughout the St George & Sutherland Shire along with the Inner South West. Kyle is an Accredited Auctioneer, a Licensed Real Estate Agent and a REINSW Member and has been in the industry for over 15 years; starting  his career in  2004. He has also completed a Certificate 4 in Business Sales - The Sales Edge - through Leadership Management Australia.

Kyle was the Winner of the prestigious 2012 REINSW - Awards for Excellence - Young Agents - Commercial Sales & Leasing Achievement; he was also a State Finalist of the 2012 REINSW Novice Auctioneer Competition & Winner of the St George & Sutherland Shire Division. Kyle also conducted over 250 Auctions for Sydney’s leading, independent Auctioneer company, Under The Hammer, where he was also interviewed on Channel 10 conducting a live Auction.

Kyle was featured on the front cover of the REINSW Journal in February 2013 and interviewed in the main article titled ‘Young Blood’ regarding young real estate agents discussing their hard work, passion and dedication to the real estate industry. He was again featured in an interview in the REINSW Journal December 2016 edition titled Doing Double Duty. 

Since 2014, Kyle has listed 45 Commercial Auction Campaigns, with a 95% clearance rate and sold approximately $45,582,000.00 worth of commercial property via Auction, with one client securing $600,000.00 above the set reserve.

In 2015 & 2018 Kyle was a Finalist of the REINSW – Awards for Excellence - Commercial Sales Person, which have truly been great milestones for Kyle.
