National Director, Marketing Operations | Corporate Marketing & Communications
As Director of Marketing Operations for the Corporate Marketing & Communications team, my mandate is to help deliver the industry’s best marketing platform. I drive the evolution of the Colliers International marketing data strategy, marketing technology platform, client communications, and our external and internal campaigns. A key aspect of my position is to ensure that our business priorities and value proposition are supported and reinforced throughout all activities.
Prior to my current role, I was the Director of Marketing for the Colliers International Americas Corporate Solutions team where I was responsible for the development of the Corporate Solutions marketing plan across the United States, Canada and Latin America. Based in New York, I worked in partnership with key senior stakeholders to develop marketing and pursuit strategies targeting major global corporates looking to outsource their real estate needs. My focus was on elevating the Colliers brand and service line internally and externally through the creation of quality and accurate marketing deliverables.
My career spans 11 years in the property industry both in Sydney and New York. My expertise lies across all asset classes, for both Investors and Occupiers. Developing and implementing innovative marketing strategies to win new business, build brand dominance and assist in achieving optimum market share.
Awarded New South Wales Real Estate Institution Award for Excellence, Corporate Support (2010) and the Colliers International Internal Service Award (2009) for service excellence.
