With over 10 years’ experience in the residential real estate industry, I have been involved in the sales and marketing management of many real estate transactions from general agency, townhome developments, residential subdivisions, master-planned communities, mixed use developments, boutique apartment projects and inner city high rise apartment projects.
I am currently managing over $750 Million worth of sales over 8 residential projects throughout South East Queensland.

2017 | Sell out & completion of SoLa North Lakes. A successful townhome project in the North Lakes Town Centre (Stockland & Metricon). Record prices achieved for Northern growth corridor.
2017 | Participated in 100km Oxfam Walk, successfully completing the event in 26.5 hours. Raised $8,000 towards charity.
2016 | Off the back of a successful sales and marketing campaign, we successfully settled 41 lots at The Lakes (Mermaid Waters) by Sunland Group.

Andrew is a qualified accountant commencing his career with AV Jennings responsible for the the South East Queensland Housing Division. Andrew has been a Director of Project Marketing for Colliers International for 23 years working for developers including the Sunland Group, the Doma Group, TJ International, Cedar Woods, Villaworld, Stockland, QM Properties, Pindan and Dexus. Current developments which Andrew leads the project marketing team include the the $37m Anthology development in New Farm, the $100m 25 storey Mahala development in Mermaid Beach, The Hills Townhouse project at Everton Hills developed by The Sunland Group.
Andrew has been involved in the property and development industry for over 25 years overseeing in excess of 30,000 property transactions. Having worked on both the developer and agency side he has a thorough understanding of the acquisition, development and project marketing of residential subdivisions, masterplanned communities and medium and high density projects throughout Queensland.
As Director of Residential for Colliers International Andrew leads a team of over 40 professionals marketing some of Queensland’s leading residential land and apartment projects for both private and publicly listed clients.

RacheI joined Colliers International (Residential - Brisbane) in July 2014 as a Project Manager, and currently holds the role of Associate Director responsible for project marketing across a selection of residential projects in Brisbane and South East Queensland.
Rachel holds a Bachelor of Urban Development (Property Economics) from the Queensland University of Technology, with minors in Integrated Marketing Communication and International Business and a Bachelor of Contemporary Marketing from Griffith University.
Rachel began my career in the retail industry, working for 6 years as a retail store manager before transitioning into the property industry as a sales and property management assistant, and then worked for 3 years for Brisbane based property group, Acuity Property Solutions, in the role of Marketing Manager, providing sales and marketing support across all areas of the business, including development management, project sales and marketing and investment divisions.
