As the Chief Executive Officer for Colliers in Asia Pacific, John leads our enterprising culture to ensure we embrace a growth mindset and always do what’s right for our clients, our people and our community across the region. Since joining Colliers in 1991, John has held various transactional, operational and innovation roles before taking the helm as CEO in 2006. In February 2020, he was appointed CEO, Asia Pacific. John is also part of the Global Executive team of Colliers and finds it a privilege to work with a select group of highly motivated experts who have driven our enterprising spirit globally.

As the Chief Operating Officer of Colliers Australia, Simon is passionate about leading the business and providing a focus on growth. Simon has been with Colliers for 30 years, joining the Office Leasing team in 1993, working his way up to the Managing Director role in 2005, and now taking on the COO role from 2023. Simon holds several other senior positions within the company including the interim Managing Director of Occupier Services, a member of the ANZ Executive, Executive Leadership Team and Senior Leadership Team. Simon is a Licenced Estate Agent and a member of the Real Estate Institute of Victoria, Property council of Australia and RICS - Royal Institute of Chartered Surveyor
As the Austraian CFO for Colliers International and as a member of the AU Executive I have responsibility for organisational wide leadership, driving sound financial strategy and control, plus ensuring effective risk management across the Au business.
Having joined Colliers International in 2007, my career has spanned 20+ years leading Finance functions including transformations, developing business & cost effectiveness strategies, business planning and strategy across the region.
Prior to joining Colliers International I held various leadership positions at Cedar Consulting, Marsh India Pvt Ltd, Jardine Lloyd Thompson Pty Ltd.
I constantly try to make my work an enjoyable experience for everyone. I am a great team player and always ready to share knowledge for everyone's success. I firmly believe "Great minds discuss ideas, average minds discuss events and small minds discuss people".
I hold Bachelor of Commerce from University of Bombay (India). I am also a Chartered Accountant and Company Secretary from India and a CPA from Australia.
Courtney is the leader of the Colliers People & Performance team in Australia which includes experts from Human Resources, Recruitment and Learning & Development and strives to attract and create market leaders. A key component of Courtney’s role is to drive our enterprising culture which underpins our strategy for success.

To achieve this mission, Courtney leads the team which is focussed on delivering diverse and inclusive outcomes for our people, delivering commercial people related results for our business and continuing to create a productive and engaged workforce.
Courtney joined Colliers in 2019 and has over 15 years’ experience across in a variety of people and culture roles across multiple industries including leadership roles across professional services, banking and property.
Liz is the leader of the Australian Marketing and Communications Team, which integrates our Marketing & Communications, Business Development Centre (BDC) and Research teams to effectively promote our services, our experts and our brand to drive revenue growth and attract market leaders in line with our Marketing Plan.
Liz is also a member of the Colliers ANZ Executive Team and the Executive Leadership Team.
Liz has 15 years experience specialising in leading strategic pursuits for global professional services companies and working with executive leadership teams to develop client growth and marketing strategies. Key skills include:

Gavin is the Managing Director of Industrial & Head of Industrial Capital Markets, Australia at Colliers where he has been specialising in industrial property for 23+ years. Based in the Sydney CBD Head Office, Gavin manages a highly successful team of over 120 staff across every state and territory nationally in key industrial and logistics precincts.
Gavin specialises in National Industrial Capital Markets and has excellent relationships across a broad spectrum of institutional, international, and private investors. Over Gavin’s time with Colliers, he has completed hundreds of deals in industrial property, settling over $14 billion in his career to date, and leasing over 400,000sqm. Gavin enjoys a 75% market share of industrial capital markets share in NSW.
Gavin has worked extensively in the sale of industrial portfolios of up to 30 assets in one portfolio. Gavin and his team have sold 24/34 of all industrial portfolios in Australia over the last five years, including the AMP Portfolio ($105m), J.P. Morgan Portfolio ($250m), Altis Portfolio ($342.5m), Qantas Portfolio ($802m) and GIC/Australand Portfolio ($1.073b).
Some major distribution centre sales that Gavin and his team have been involved in over the last two years include, the Calibre, Eastern Creek ($130.1 million), 1 Eucalyptus Place, Eastern Creek ($90.5 million), 3 Roberts Road, Eastern Creek ($253 millions) and 6-20 Clunies Ross Street, Greystanes ($76.6 million).
Gavin has focused on building deep relationships with his clients, providing the latest in-depth information about logistics markets across Australia, which in line with his extensive track record, has seen Gavin achieve record-breaking results for his clients.
Gavin is a long-standing member of the Colliers team, having joined in 2000 as a graduate valuer. Gavin commenced with Colliers as part of their Scholarship Program and he was fortunate to work across multiple service lines and locations across Sydney, before settling in the Industrial team in Sydney South in 2001. Over the last 20 years, Gavin has progressed through the industrial business including managing the Sydney South and Sydney South-West offices, before moving into the NSW State Product Director for Industrial in 2010.
I have been with Colliers International for over 25 years and am the Managing Director of Capital Markets & Investment Services, Australia as well as the State Chief Executive of Victoria.
I have established a strong reputation in the Capital Markets space and have formed close relationships with major investors and institutions on a global scale. In recent years, I have negotiated some of Australia’s largest real estate transactions and have been instrumental in successfully brokering many substantial transactions with overseas investors entering the Australian market. My extensive connectivity in the global real estate market can unite capital with local expertise, regardless of location.
Our national Investment Services business represents market specializations including Capital Markets and Investment Sales. The two clear divisions servicing the Australian commercial office market ensures complete market coverage, efficiency and premium experiences and successes for our clients.
As a long standing senior member within Colliers International, I have played an integral role in contributing to the business's success in Australia. I hold a number of senior positions with Colliers including a member of the National Executive Board. I am committed to the success of the business by providing our people with the tools they require to deliver incomparable service and results.

PRIOR EXPERIENCE
Prior to joining Colliers, I worked within the Research Department of the Property Council of Australia (PCA), then with a boutique firm of Valuers & Land Economists, where I was involved in the valuation of residential property predominantly for first mortgage security purposes, as well as commercial and retail rental advice.
Julia has over 20 years’ experience in the Real Estate industry and has extensive experience in all aspects of Property Management. She has a focus on building strong relationships with all stakeholders, meticulous financial management, proactive tenant retention strategies and future proofing assets. She supports the REMS NSW team to develop tailored asset management plans focused on delivering our clients investment objectives and increasing asset values through proactive management, improving building efficiencies and proactive capital expenditure programs.
Julia started with Colliers in 2010 and has had various roles within REMS during that time. Julia’s current role as Head of Office Management is focused on the strategic growth of the national Office portfolio as well as ensuring a high level of service delivery across the NSW Commercial and Industrial portfolio. Julia works with our State Directors to implement business growth strategies, a nationalised approached to client deliverables and ensures that REMS is constantly delivering service that exceeds our clients’ expectations through a proactive management approach.
Cameron Williams is the Managing Director of Office Leasing, leading a team of over 100 staff and more than 85 leasing operatives across Australia. Starting his career at Colliers in 1996 and with over 27 years of office leasing experience, Cameron is a recognised expert within the market.
Along with managing the Office Leasing national team, Cameron is the Director in Charge of the Sydney CBD office. Cameron is a member of the ANZ Executive Leadership Team and Senior Leadership Team.
As the State Chief Executive of Queensland, Simon's responsibilities include overall supervision of the Queensland business comprising of 6 offices and over 300 staff. Simon also sits on the Australian National Executive Board.
Simon has been with Colliers for 25 years and is proud of the great culture of collaboration and knowledge sharing that delivers exceptional outcomes for our clients. Simon is heavily involved and has an excellent reputation in the Capital Markets area and has formed strong relationships with major investors and institutions both domestically and internationally.
During Simon's time with Colliers, he has completed mutliple transactions in the Industrial/Logistics asset class, settling over $10.1 billion in his career to date, and leasing over 650,000m². He has been responsible for some of the largest transactions in Queensland over the past 25 years.
Simon has over 30 years’ experience in the real estate industry and the agency having previously worked for Primac Elders as an auctioneer prior to joining Colliers International in 1998.
I joined Colliers in mid 2014 after working for a National Strata Management provider.
Since 2015, I have worked alongside Malcom Tyson assisting him in leading and growing our Australian Industrial Asset Class and our New South Wales business and more recently our Australian business.
