Marino offers over twelve (12) years of concentrated Facilities Management experience within a regional based portfolio which included building services, contract management, project management and budgetary responsibilities.  

The depth of Marino's work experience and professional training has resulted in effective communication and good working relationships at all levels including sub-contractors, in house employees and senior management within Colliers International and client organisations.

Marino has an electrical engineering background and facilities management has equipped him well to bring technical, innovation and enhanced effectiveness to future clients. 


The depth of my work experience and professional training has resulted in previous promotion to National Facilties Manager with Leading a team of 18 facilities managers and property specialists who in turn are responsible for over 43 staff nationwide who deliver integrated facilities management services for the one of the largest Commonwealth Government portfolios. 
The portfolio  comprised of over 500 properties and is one of the largest and most geographically dispersed office and client contact portfolios that enables DHS to provide services to some of the most remote areas of Australia.
