Micah brings more than 20 years’ public and private sector experience across a broad range of industries including property, investments, policy analysis, trustee services and banking and finance.
Within his most recent role, Micah managed an investment property portfolio which included responsibility for leasing strategies, property strategy development, acquisition due diligence and divestment activities.
As an Account Manager within the Government Property Services team, Micah works closely with a range of Commonwealth Entities and our partners Broadspectrum Property to deliver our services under the Commonwealth Whole of Australian Government Contract.

Samantha joined Colliers International in early 2018 in the Occupier Services Team to work as a Tenant Advisor on the Whole of Australian Government (WOAG) portfolio. As a member of the Government Services Team Samantha works with clients to conduct market processes, critical date management, manages monthly reporting obligations, provides advice and assist on day to day matters for each of the Government Entities. Samantha prides herself on providing excellent customer service to her clients and providing advice to ensure that the client realise the WOAG leasing strategies and achieve overall value for money.
The WOAG structure was a new initiative which commenced in January 2018 and since commencing on the WOAG account Samantha has worked on some large transactions with some major clients achieving large savings to the Commonwealth over the life of the lease.
Prior to commencing at Colliers International Samantha commenced her career in Real Estate in residential property management before moving across to Commercial real estate in 2016. Samantha worked as a Leasing Administrator on the Department of Human Services account gaining valuable experience on one of the largest Commonwealth accounts. During this time Samantha learnt some of the fundamentals and skills to progress further in Government property.
Samantha came to Colliers International wanting to progress her career and build on her skills to develop good working relationships and rapport with both clients and colleagues.

Sara have more than 10 years’ experience in the property industry, and specialized in representing the Federal Government Departments and act in their interests. With previous working experience in Finance, Lease Administration, Portfolio Leasing Administrator and Property Manager, Sara has obtained in-depth knowledge and developed extensive skills that required for meet all the client needs. During her time with JLL, she had also built up her management skills in leasing a team to achieve goals.
Sara joined Colliers International in April 2018 with an aim to learn from others who have had different journeys and provide an even wider range of valued property services to the Government sector.
Assistant Leasing Manager | Government Services
Sandra has enjoyed a 30-year career working for the Australian Government, at Department of Human Services (DHS) and more recently the Department of Finance (Finance). Sandra’s broad experience in the public sector covers a range of policy, corporate, operational and customer service roles. She has an excellent understanding of Government activities and the new Property Services Coordinated Procurement Arrangements.
As an Assistant Leasing Manager, Government Property Services Team, Sandra will be responsible for managing client relationships of a range of Commonwealth Agencies.

Nick’s experience extends across a range of policy, corporate and operational roles throughout his 17 year career working for the Australian Government, and has provided him with an excellent understanding of Government activities and directions.
As National Director of Government Property Services, Nick is responsible for the implementation and co-ordination of our Commonwealth Government Business Plan to increase opportunities and revenue across the national business for Colliers International and its clients.

Tenant Advisor | Government Property Services
As the Team Assistant for Government Property Services | Occupier Services Krystal works on the Whole of Australian Government Portfolio account and provides support on Lease administrative duties, such as market processes, critical date management and assists with monthly reports for each entity. Aswell as these duties Krystal assists in the process of submitting large Government submissions and tenders.
Krystal previously worked at Knight Frank Canberra as the Department Coordinator in Office Leasing. She has strong marketing and design skills and has previously studied a Certificate 3 in Business Administration and has completed an advanced InDesign course.
Krystal came to Colliers wanting to progress her career, get out of her comfort zone and learn more about the property industry in a different service line with a top agency!
