Since joining Colliers International as a Property Manager I have built and expanded on pre-existing relationships with the existing commercial clients and continues to improve the ongoing professional service in which Colliers International prides themselves.
I have a strong background with Commercial and Industrial assets and building management together with a strong client focus, with exceptional communication and problem solving skills and a strong desire to maintain quality service with all level of Clients, Tenants and Contractors alike.
The Portfolio that I am currently manages consists of mixture of Office, Retail and Industrial properties in the South East City Fringe.
In a previous position with the Strategic Investment Board (Northern Ireland) I successfully managed the roll out of the first ever Northern Ireland’s central government asset register ePIMS (electronic Property Information Mapping Service) for all owned, used and occupied land and property.
I created and developed property data and key performance indicators for inclusion in departmental asset management plans and the State of the Estate Report (11/12). I regularly provided advisory input into all 12 departmental asset management plans, focusing on asset disposal and efficiency projects (office utilisation/ consolidation).
Frequently provided feedback and advice to senior departmental representatives during departmental specific meetings and as part of a monthly update at the AMF (Asset Management Forum - which was a forum set up and dedicated to asset management in central government),
