With some 18 years of experience as a property valuer in Melbourne’s Office market Peter has gained specialist expertise.  He has provided advice for most of Melbourne’s major CBD and Metropolitan office buildings and development projects, and has worked with a broad range clients across the Institutional, Corporate, Finance, Government and Private sectors.

He has also established particular expertise in Melbourne’s Car Parking market and continues to service this specialist asset class.

Peter provides professional advice for various purposes including Acquisition and Disposal, Financial Reporting, Mortgage Security, Litigation and Expert Witness, Development Feasibility, and Rental Advice.

Education

Peter has completed Bachelor Degrees in the fields of Property Valuation and Accountancy.  His property industry experience has involved valuation, consultancy, and real estate sales roles.   Prior to joining Colliers International Peter worked with Urbis as a commercial valuer in the position of Associate Director.  He began his property career at TBM Real Estate undertaking a sales role.  He is a former member of the API Victorian Division Membership Admissions Committee.
