Peter is a third generation Townsville resident with over 20 years experience in Commercial & Industrial real estate. He has gained his initial grounding in the industry with one of Townsville's oldest real estate firms and in November 1997 established the first real estate company in Townsville with an exclusive focus on the commercial and industrial property market. Peter then joined forces with Colliers International in 2004.
Peter is widely regarded as one of the most knowledgeable people in commercial and industrial property in the Townsville region and respected for his professionalism, integrity and commitment to his clients, staff and community. Through a combination of high-level negotiation skills, intimate knowledge of regional property values and wide network of contacts, Peter delivers continual benefits to his clients and has been instrumental in closing some of the largest property deals in the city.
Peter's family is one of his biggest and proudest accomplishments. As is establishing and building an office full of talented and successful property professionals.
Peter has also been involved in numerous real estate transactions over the years and has been an integral part in closing some of the largest property deals to take place in this market.
Peter was recognised for his work as a Finalist in the Townsville Chamber of Commerce Young Business Person of the Year Awards.
And in 2017, Peter achieved 20 years as the Director of Colliers International Townsville (previously Samuel & Co Property Consultants).

Peter gains tremendous fulfilment from his recent appointments as the North Queensland Chairman of the Salvation Army Red Shield Appeal, Property Council of Australia - Townsville Committee Member and Townsville City Council - City Image Advisory Committe Member, in addition to his involvement with local charities including the Black Dog Charity Ride, Youth With a Mission (YWAM), Townsville Enterprise Emerging Leaders Program and the Townsville Triathlon Festival to name a few.

Neville is the Associate Director for the successful Sales and Leasing division of Colliers International Townsville, a position he was appointed to in 2015.
Neville has been a leading sales and leasing executive with Colliers International Townsville for 14 years. His sales ability and experience has been recognised with his appointment to a number of iconic and large-scale assets across his career.
Neville also brings a unique skill set to real estate following his experience with a North Queensland property development company where he played an active role in the development and delivery of various commercial and residential developments throughout Queensland.
Associate Director | Townsville
Angelo has been a Property Consultant for some 40 years, and a Certified Valuer for 33 years. He has a Bachelor of Commerce Degree from James Cook University of North Queensland.
Angelo's areas of expertise vary from commercial and industrial to Receivership and Mortgagee work, to particular knowledge of the sugar cane industry having come from the Burdekin District and marketed cane farms during his entire property marketing career. Angelo has consulted on projects such as the Department of Defence’s disposal of surplus lands at the approach of Townsville Airport, resulting in a project management exercise to subdivide commercial allotments and then the orderly disposal to achieve a higher than expected yield for the Department.
Angelo's experience has seen him administer the disposal of some 24 former cane farms and grazing properties in North Queensland and the Northern Territory under the liquidation of the Great Southern plantations and recent achievements include the successful marketing of a 2000-community lot subdivision with golf course at Airlie Beach in Receivership.

During James’ 16-year career in commercial real estate with the Colliers International Townsville team, he has achieved in excess of $200 million in property sales. While building a broad range of commercial real estate experience, James has developed an expertise in the area of industrial property.
James’ focus is on providing outstanding service to his clients, striving to keep them fully informed throughout the sales experience to facilitate timely and astute decision-making.
His strong understanding of economic and commercial property trends allows James to tailor a marketing strategy that accommodates all elements that can influence a property sale. James’s priority is ensuring that all your property interests are protected and providing accurate market information that will allow you to make prompt and rewarding decisions.
James has also developed the skills to offer broader business insight, with commercial consultancy skills including market reviews and design and construction advice relating to client’s particular requirements.
James’ impressive sales record has seen him receive an Australian Outstanding Achiever Award at the Colliers International Asia Pacific Awards for Excellence.

Todd has was worked in commercial real estate in Townsville since 1999 having spent 15 years operating under the highly regarded and recognised local agency, Ferry Property.
Todd took up a role with Colliers International in 2014 after the firm’s acquisition of Ferry Property.
Todd has extensive local property knowledge and is experience in all sectors of commercial, industrial and retail sales and leasing.
Over his time in real estate, Todd has developed a broad client base of both local and corporate clients. He has acted in major task appointments for such clients as News Limited, Westpac, BP, Townsville City Council, Australia Post, KordaMentha and Ernst & Young.
Todd’s sales record includes the brokerage of the CEC Group’s purchase of 53 hectares of industrial land at the Bohle ($16 million) and he also played a key role in the disposal of Queensland Rail’s former Townsville Maintenance Yards which were acquired by Leighton Properties ($32 million).

As a James Cook University business graduate and with an extensive work history, Shaun brings a strong background of marketing and business management to his role in commercial real estate.
Joining the Colliers International Townsville team in 2011, Shaun has developed a reputation for outstanding customer service, building up a strong client network across the region’s business community. During this time, he has quickly built his experience in all areas of commercial real estate.
Prior to working in commercial real estate, Shaun worked in the marketing team at the North Queensland Cowboys, before joining the sales team at Mike Carney Toyota & Lexus. This diverse experience has helped him develop a comprehensive understanding and ability in the commercial real estate industry.
Shaun has enjoyed success across commercial sales and leasing, with individual sales of up to $8 million and numerous large-scale office and retail leasing.

A fourth generation Townsvillian, Ben joined the Colliers International Townsville team in 2017 as a Leasing Executive whose sole focus is on retail and commercial leasing. Ben’s experience comes off the back of an extensive family background in commercial real estate in the Townsville region.
Ben is a natural people person who has honed his skills significantly in a short period of time since commencing in the industry and has started forging strong relationships with Clients and businesses alike.
With a passion for marketing, Zoe’s focus is to drive their company's marketing strategy, increase brand dominance and help deliver innovative ways to communicate with their clients all types of media.
With over 14 years in the commercial and industrial real estate industry, Zoe has now settled into the role of Marketing Coordinator for Colliers International Townsville contributing to accelerating success for their clients.
Christine commenced the role as Team Assistant at Colliers International Townsville in November 2017. In this role, Christine works alongside the Sales and Leasing Team.
Prior working at Colliers International, Christine worked at Lancini Property & Development as Administration Assistant in Property Management for over 3 years.
Christine came to Colliers wanting to progress her career and assist her team with a positive attitude.
